No sooner had he walked out of the temple gate than he saw a beggar reaching out and begging him, saying, "generous benefactor!" " I have been hungry for three days and nights. Please have pity on me and give me a little sacrifice to satisfy my hunger! 」

Seeing the beggar's dirty appearance, the believer waved his hand in disgust and said, "Go! Let's go Look at you. You're broken and rotten. Don't defile my sacrificial ceremony. I want to take it home for my wife and children! There is no role for you! 」

The beggar kept kowtowing and begging, saying, "Good benefactor!" " I'm starving, just give me a little sacrifice! Please help me! 」

Fearing that the beggar would take away his sacrifice, the believers quickly shouldered the sacrifice and ran down the hill without looking back. Hungry and weak, the beggar squatted beside the temple, wrapped in his only broken blanket. At night, it gets deeper and colder. The beggar wrapped his trembling body tightly with a broken blanket.

Out of nowhere, a dysentery dog covered with pustules suddenly limped to the beggar, grabbed a corner of the blanket, covered his pustules and snuggled up to the beggar to keep warm.

The pus on the puppy broke, and the pus stained the beggar's blanket, smelly and sticky.

The beggar kicked the puppy angrily and said, "get out!" " Go away! Look at you covered in pus and sores. Don't dirty my blanket. There is no place for you to nest here. 」

The puppy was in pain and ran away slowly with tears in his eyes. It froze to death at the temple gate that night.

The next day, although the beggar was covered with a blanket and didn't freeze to death, he starved to death because of lack of food.

Believers without kindness will gain fame and fortune, and it is difficult to live without pity for beggars.

Half a year later, devout believers went to Beijing to take the exam and failed again.

He angrily ran to Nanshan and complained to Daozu: "It's a lie to say that your magic is boundless. If you are really effective, why can't you even help me with a simple exam and make me fall into Sun Shan? " 」

Daozu took out his list and asked his followers, "Why should I help you? 」

The believer replied, "I went up the mountain with sacrifices." In order to get to the temple before your birthday, I dare not rest for a moment. You should help me just because of this sincerity. " 」

Daozu called out the beggar's soul, and the beggar's soul cried loudly to the believers, saying, "I only ask you to give me a little sacrifice to fill my stomach, but you don't even give me any charity." Why should Daozu help you? " But Daozu! You are really cruel. You would rather watch me starve than give me something to eat. Don't you have any pity? 」

Daozu called the dog's soul out again. The dog's soul barked loudly at the beggar and said, "I only ask you to let me nest next to the blanket and give me some warmth." It won't hurt you at all. Why should believers give you alms? " Why should Daozu pity you? 」

Finally, Daozu pointed to the believers and said, "It's easy for me to make you the number one scholar, and then point to beggars to make you worry about food and clothing. However, you don't even want to give anything that you can easily help others. What do you have to try? 」

When Daozu finished speaking, he threw the list of believers into the deep valley, and believers no longer missed fame!

Some people say that people nowadays are too stingy to even give a smile, and frowning makes people feel sick.

It is always easy for us to put all our ideas where we expect to "get" and think all the time, what benefits can we get from doing these things? What can I enjoy? However, we seldom focus on the part that can be "happy". Think about whether it will be more convenient for others if we do this? Can you relax?

But if we don't even want to give anything to others, who is qualified to ask others to give it to us? If we refuse to lend a helping hand when we can, who is qualified to ask others to lend a helping hand when we need it?

Too many people don't understand: what you pay will eventually be repaid to yourself! Don't always think about what you have lost! Think about whether you are more than others! Think about what happiness you have brought you! The sages told the world that people who don't know how to be grateful will be taken away from him, and they will be taken away from others blindly.

People get along with others or people get along with other lives. If you don't respond directly, there will be a causal cycle, and the result will eventually fall on yourself and make the final promise!

God in heaven will not help you by himself, but will send some people to help you! The people who can ask for it from us (beggars, people who are short of money to see a doctor) are actually the nobles arranged by your God. Let us plant the seeds of blessing!
