3. About resumes

If you don't write blank, then what do you write? Write dry goods and give HR the highlights he wants to see. If you write that you have rich sales experience, it is better to show your sales performance with good-looking data. If you write that you have strong leadership, it is better to write specifically about which activities you have led. If you say that you are interested in a certain industry, it is better to talk about your unique view of the industry.

Don't say things like "there is no end to learning", "If you give me a chance, I will prove myself" and "If I succeed in applying and can serve your company, I promise I will do my best to serve your company". Famous sayings and aphorisms, etc. It doesn't work at all, and it takes up valuable resume pages. These are all standard nonsense.

Don't write a big "resume" in the middle of the top. You are questioning the interviewer's IQ. Everyone knows that you submitted your resume. My habit is to write my name in a conspicuous position in the middle (the font size is relatively large, and the font is different from the text).

4. About online application

5. About the written test

The key to written examination lies in preparing for the exam.

General preparation is mainly aimed at line testing. When you start looking for a job, you can borrow books from the library. You don't have to read every question. I'm so tired. Just turn it over from the beginning and understand the problem-solving ideas of each question type.

The general enterprise's school recruitment will be held at one stop in the national colleges and universities in chronological order, but generally there is only one written test. Therefore, some real questions in the written test of companies in the first few stations of colleges and universities will appear on the BBS of freshmen and hiall. 7. About the speech

The key to a speech is the aura.

One-minute or two-minute small speeches or impromptu speeches are also common means to quickly screen people. Especially real estate companies. 8. About the chat interview

The key to a chat interview is telling stories.

The most important thing in this kind of interview is that you guide the topic of the interview.

At this stage, I think we need to prepare a short story. Extract the interesting experience of my college interviewer and make up a short story, such as visiting experience, organizing a great activity, running every day, good internship and so on. During the interview, I pretended to be casual and quietly led the topic to these prepared stories, and then I was filled with emotion. ...

9. About doing recruitment support

Recruitment support is a shortcut.

Most of the recruitment work of enterprises will be outsourced to recruitment websites. For example, in a presentation, Cai Ying, Zhilian and 5 1job will use campus ambassadors recruited from schools to do chores, such as setting up the venue, posting posters and road signs, delivering microphones on the spot, maintaining the external order of the interview site, informing candidates to enter the next round, and invigilating (or even marking) the written test.

I also had the opportunity to do these jobs when I was looking for a job, but I didn't do them because I didn't know much about them at that time. Whether to go to the strong side or not, I think we need to discuss it in different situations.

If you are despised in the online application or large-scale resume screening stage, I suggest you do it boldly. Because this stage of screening people is full of uncertainty, sometimes it will be inexplicably eliminated. So if it's a company you love, go boldly, and this situation will give you a greater chance of an interview. To say the least, even if you can't come back, you won't suffer. I have had this experience twice. Johnson should be a strong vote, because he was mercilessly despised in the resume screening after the presentation meeting that night.
