Why can't Google browser translate German?

The browser is set to Chinese. When you first open a German webpage with Chrome, it will display a prompt at the top of the page asking if you want to translate. Click "Translate" and it will help you automatically translate German into Chinese. If there is no prompt for translation, look at the symbols on the right side of the browser address bar and the left side of the five-pointed star, and click on them to switch back and forth between the original page and the translated page. But Chinese translated by machine is often blunt. If there is English, it is better to translate it into English. Look at my screenshot, I don't know what your problem is.
