We say that a Buddhist disciple, regardless of the four fundamental crimes of being forbidden by the five precepts, killing, stealing, fornication and jumping, is not only a Buddhist disciple, but any sentient person who has done these four things, such as killing, stealing, falling in love and jumping off the three evils, will degenerate. It's the same whether you are ordained or not, but that crime is even more serious after being ordained, because the precept you received before the Buddha violated your oath, and this sexual crime is natural. If you have received the Five Commandments, committing one is two sins.
should I suffer? We need to identify it. Killing, the most fundamental thing is killing. If you commit the crime of killing, then this fundamental crime is unrepentant and must go to hell. This is not only a disciplined person, but also a person who has not been disciplined. In this case, do you want to suffer from killing everyone?
let's interpret it here. Kill! His motives are nothing more than three, and all crimes come from greed and ignorance.
He who kills from greed is greedy for its flesh and skin. If we kill a cow, the first thing is to buy its meat, and the second thing is to buy its skin. Its bones can be used for anything, so as to take advantage of it, to be greedy for something, or to be greedy for something, and to kill it in this way, from the annoying motive of greed.

then we say that killing, which is motivated by greed, is a very big crime, and this motive is not good. If the killing of mosquitoes and insects is not initiated by greed, but for other reasons, then the crime is of course lighter, not the crime of killing, but not enough.
There are five branches of the crime of killing, namely, motive, its addition, causing his death, and how to deal with it after his death. Only when these five conditions are sufficient can the real crime of killing be committed. The first motive, you are not hateful, greedy, or stupid. You know that the first one is lighter if you kill the guilty one. Another vine, if you raise it for the needs of your life, you can't help spraying pesticides, because your life has no source.
If you are gardening at home, or planting some food for yourself, in my opinion, as a Buddhist disciple, it is best not to sprinkle pesticides. If we eat less grapes, it will not harm our other lives. This is my personal opinion.
In addition, mosquito nets are generally used in Sichuan, Fujian and Wenzhou. Then if you have more mosquitoes, as soon as the curtains are put down, then nothing will happen. In Shanghai, because of mosquitoes, the four pests have basically been eliminated, and mosquito nets are generally not used. If it is very powerful, you can also use mosquito nets or mosquito-repellent incense. Mosquito-repellent incense says to drive it out. Mosquito-repellent incense does not necessarily kill it. If you keep it indoors, of course, after a long time, it can't stand it. After you use the mosquito-repellent incense, open the window door at a certain time. When the fresh air comes, it runs away quickly. This killing is not killing, just driving it out. I feel that the problem of mosquitoes can be handled better in this way, and it is not impossible to deal with it in this way.
What about rice washing? My idea is, if there are a lot of worms in your rice, you should take the rice out to dry for two days in advance, and then wash the rice after the worm climbs almost. This is another problem to avoid killing. Of course, one or two individuals are inevitable. How can they run so clean? I think if you do this, maybe you can still accept this killing.
Killing people is important. The premise is here. Killing people is fundamental and decides to go to hell. Killing other animals is not based on greed, but on avoiding it as much as possible. When you are helpless, you don't kill with peace of mind. This confession will do. After taking the precepts, you can not commit any crimes, as we said two days ago, there is only one person who has the root brace, this arhat, and he has this ability. Because he has been a Buddhist monk all his life, his merits and deeds have matured and he has never committed any crimes.

When we breathe it into our body, it is destroyed by white blood cells, which is also killing. But we vegetarians don't kill them. In a world where people kill each other, it is difficult to be absolutely clean. How can you walk without stepping on an ant? You're sick, you've got an injection, and that's to kill bacteria. These are killing things. People who have received the Five Commandments can't do it, let alone people who have been converted, but it doesn't mean that they dare not accept the Five Commandments.
This is the world of karma, and it is a sin for all beings in the world to think about it. This Tibetan Classic has long said that if we miss this world, we will commit the most crimes. Therefore, starting from this place, we encourage everyone to practice quickly, or to survive in the West. This world of concubines is not a happy place, and sin is inevitable. We should try our best to avoid sin, and try our best to practice. If we are strong in this way, we will be born in the west, and if we can practice beyond the three realms, we will be beyond the three realms.
are there any causes and effects? People created by cause and effect should be returned. We say that there are three barriers: when he is patient, he will not come. At this stage, all the karma of the three evils will be paid off, and the fruit will not be proved until the reward is exhausted; When the fruit is not returned, all the desires of the world will rise, because if the certificate is not returned, the desires of the world will not come, then you will not be able to prove this fruit until you have paid off the debt before you bear the fruit; There is another pass to prove that Luo Han Guo, if he goes out of the three realms and has a business in the three realms, decides to pay for it.
Whether it's Mu Lian or You Bo Xian Na, they were all killed by people or by poisonous snakes. They are already arhats. How did they do this? It's not that they don't have magical powers to avoid it. They have to pay off this debt, that is, after paying it back, it's okay to go out again.
if this debt is owed there, he is all enemies. If you want to leave, he won't let go, and you can't leave. Arhat has more than nirvana, and there is no nirvana. If you don't pay for it, you can't go out of the three realms without thinking about it. So it must be paid off. That is to say, we must try our best to avoid doing these things, and at the same time try our best to go to the pure land or other practices, to outdo him and slowly go out by ourselves.
So this question, in my opinion, if your job is not fishing, or a butcher, killing cattle and sheep, or a soldier, and you want to fight, killing people like this is absolutely unacceptable, because after he suffers, his murder is too heavy to stand. In your case, I think it is acceptable, and try to avoid it after suffering. Just like I said just now, we can do what we can.
Another point is the national laws. If it is stipulated that the four pests should be eliminated on this day, it is stipulated by the national laws, and there is permission in Buddhism. You can do it according to the national laws, but you should give them a good answer.
let's introduce another one. We have an old layman, whom we used to associate with often when we were young. He is a cadre, and he is an undisclosed Buddhist. He told me that when he was eliminating the four pests, everyone beat mosquitoes, and he also beat them badly! Crack, crack hit very loudly, but all he hit was empty, which was said later and can't be said now. He's all empty, and people look very positive. That's how he got by without killing anyone.
In this case, everyone can find a way to be skillful and convenient, and don't argue with others, especially with government decrees. If a family member at home doesn't believe in Buddhism, he has a particularly big opinion of you. You should pay attention to it. You don't necessarily say that you should do everything by yourself. You can make some concessions if necessary, but your heart is unwilling to do so. Give those sentient beings a good turn and recite spells.
what's the mantra? The curse of death, Amitabha, and that we can talk about later, this six-vajra mantra "Ah Sha Samaha", this mantra is dedicated to death. If you eat meat, or see that dead cat, dog, chicken or duck, you can cross over by reading that spell to him. I think this is better than the one who doesn't obey the precepts, and you can always avoid doing it, because your profession is not killing, so it's better to obey the precepts.
what are the benefits of being ordained? Those who have been ordained have already made their way on the Bodhi Road. Didn't we talk about the Five Commandments, and the merits of those who have been ordained are so great? You are still talking about getting rid of those disasters. If you say from this aspect of practice, people who have completed the three conversions and five precepts will decide to have a day of liberation in the future and go up every day. If you don't take the precepts, of course, you can take the four precepts. If you don't take the precepts, although you don't kill or steal, you have no merit in keeping them. If you don't kill or steal, you won't feel the three evil ways, and if you don't go to the three evil ways, that person has merit, but there is no merit in liberation, and there is no merit in keeping precepts. Therefore, generally speaking, it is better to keep precepts than to be disciplined. < P > The one who just asked is two choices you can consider. First, be more courageous and try to avoid killing. After killing, if it is not reassuring to say that you don't want to, you will repent immediately after doing those things and decide not to commit them later. If you repent so much, you can stop killing. If you are timid, then you can hold the four commandments, and it is ok to kill in front of you.
That is to say, if I say, "Do your best not to kill?" Don't talk. If you don't kill, if you can't hold it, you won't say it; If you can hold it, say "can hold it". If you can hold all five articles, it is also ok to say that five can hold, four can hold, and four can hold. If you can't hold that article, don't talk. Four excellent women, excellent women, or three or two, both of which are acceptable. Of course, five out of ten is the best.
In the case of the person who asked the question, I think that if you use it skillfully and conveniently, you can still do a lot of things that avoid killing without hurting your feelings and breaking the laws of the country, then you can also be disciplined or subject to five rules. But if you are really timid, it's not a big problem to suffer from four, and that's about it.
