Through systematic study and analysis of ideological roots, I think these problems are mainly caused by the following factors: First, we have relaxed our political theory study and relaxed our own party spirit exercise. Second, the responsibility is not strong enough. The level of work responsibility directly determines whether an individual is conscientious, dedicated, brave to compete first, brave to take responsibility and dare to break through innovation. I. Main problems

Many times, I didn't take the initiative to find a way out, and I tried to solve the problem according to the actual situation. So there is no improvement at work.

2. Lack of business knowledge. Sometimes the work is not timely, active and positive, and they are only satisfied with completing the tasks assigned by the leaders. When they encounter difficulties in their work, they often wait for the instructions of the leaders and say step by step, without doing their work in a solid, deep and detailed way. Sometimes, because of the repetitive work, it is easy to copy, as long as the work is completed on time.

3. Relax yourself. In daily work, especially when there are no urgent and heavy tasks, I am not strict with myself, sometimes I am late for work, chatting during work hours, and sometimes I don't strictly implement the leave system and don't ask for leave from the office.

Second, the main reasons for the problems

Although there are some objective factors, the existence of these problems is mainly caused by subjective factors. During this period, combined with the study of "Code of Conduct Manual for Office Workers in Fuxing District", I also seriously reflected on my main problems and shortcomings, and found out the reasons subjectively, which can be summarized as follows:

1, I don't study hard enough at work, and I rely on it in my business. I thought the leader would give me instructions, so I don't have to do it first, for fear that I won't do it well first. Moreover, I don't have a complete plan to learn business knowledge, so sometimes I am blind at work. 2. The working method is simple and superficial. Just do your job. 1, strengthen learning and constantly improve their own quality. Discipline education and study is a lifelong matter, and you can't relax at any time. When I encounter complicated things in my work, I sometimes take evasive measures, thinking that I will "cross the bridge", instead of trying to find a solution myself, I wait for a way to appear on my own, lacking a spirit of hard study.

4. In our daily life, we sometimes mistakenly strengthen our role as managers, and the phenomenon of playing privileges occurs from time to time. For example, sometimes driving a private motorcycle to run a red light and violate the ban are concrete manifestations of the dislocation of police consciousness.

Second, the main reasons for the problems
