How to insert sound in word?

Sounds are often used as comments in documents. To insert a sound into a document, follow these steps:

(1) Open the Customize dialog box, select Insert in the category bar, select Voice Annotation in the command bar, and then drag it to the toolbar.

(2) Click the Insert Sound button in the toolbar, or click the Object menu item in the Insert menu, select the New tab from the Object dialog box, and then select the sound object.

(3) Immediately insert a sound icon into the document, and turn on the tape recorder to start recording the sound to be inserted. Turn off the tape recorder when you get in.

(4) If you want to play sound, double-click the object.

If you want to insert an existing sound file as a comment, select the Create by File tab in the Open Objects dialog box, and then select the corresponding file.

When inserting a video clip into a document, you can select the corresponding video file according to the method of inserting sound.

The video inserted in the document will be displayed on the screen as the first frame of the video. Double-click the video clip to play it.
