1, purpose preparation

Audience analysis and purpose preparation always run through the speech. In a speech, we must always have two strings in our minds. Sometimes in a speech, we need to make appropriate adjustments to the focus and methods of the speech according to the situation of the audience and the atmosphere of the scene. All our actions are aimed at achieving the ultimate goal.
2. Build the architecture
Any form of communication, such as reports, articles, letters or books, needs a good structure to successfully convey the information you want to convey to the other party. The audience has only one chance to understand what we say. If you let them lose this opportunity, even if there is a similar opportunity, they will not listen to you again. So you'd better set up the structure in advance. With the architecture, it is much easier to add materials and content. With a good structure, you can attract the attention of the audience, help them understand, and at the same time make your information more deeply remembered in their minds. When building a framework, one is to determine the outline and main contents, and the other is to allocate time. For example, when teachers in our new employee training center are doing curriculum development, the first thing to do is to fill out an instructional design form. Step 4 write a speech

The process of defense is full of variables. Under the premise of full preparation, we should also master some contingency measures.
Don't waste nonsense, buy time. When the judges ask questions and you don't know where to start at once, you might as well say some nonsense and take over the topic first. For example, your question is very good and should be seriously considered and treated in my future work? ,? The question you just asked is: Why is quality the lifeline of an enterprise? It is nonsense to say that quality is the lifeline of an enterprise ... but it also conforms to people's habit of answering questions. Rhetorically correct, using static braking. Answering such a question is not clear in one or two sentences. A competitor replied: in our work, such problems may indeed occur, and I am deeply sorry for this.
