Debate on whether men and women are equal in job hunting.

In my opinion, it is equal to find a job now. How can you say that you are unequal? Throughout the modern workplace, there is no equality and inequality, only and inappropriate. There are physiological differences between men and women. Undeniably, under the backward productivity, there is inequality between men and women in job hunting, but in this seemingly unequal situation, there is equality. This is to make the best use of things and people. Heavy industry must first choose male employees, and textile industry must recruit female employees. If we don't look at the specific conditions, the physiological differences between men and women, and the needs of work characteristics, it is not a joke to add the crime of gender discrimination. Nowadays, with the popularization of science and technology and the improvement of working environment, the requirements for physical strength are becoming less and less important, such as computer operation, accounting work, supermarket cashier, various plane, three-dimensional and design. Female employees do better than male employees, and the market demand is greater. Can this be said to be discrimination against men? In my opinion, there is no inequality, only appropriateness and inappropriateness.
