Therefore, Japan's occupation of the island is illegal and malicious, and its occupation is flawed. For this reason, the ownership of Diaoyu Island cannot be obtained. All these facts prove that Diaoyu Island belongs to China without any doubt. I also believe that, of course, it is not out of national sentiment, but we should also see that Diaoyu Island legally belongs to China, but it is actually a part of Japan. On the one hand, it is difficult for islands far from the mainland to reach the main island of Taiwan Province province and the islands occupied by Chinese mainland and Taiwan Province provinces. On the other hand, the Diaoyu Islands issue involves the diplomatic relations between China and Japan. Love and hate can't be sorted out in a few words between the two countries. I think it seems more advantageous to solve the continental shelf dispute in the East China Sea of China first and then the Diaoyu Islands dispute. Basic ideas? The principle of "natural extension" of China's continental shelf in the East China Sea, independent of the consideration of Diaoyu Islands, can easily become the dominant position and basis for Japanese claim for the dispute over China's continental shelf in the East China Sea of China.
