1. Article 25 is amended as: "Where the words and deeds of the personnel specified in Articles 8, 9, 10 and 11 of these Regulations violate the provisions of Chapter II of these Regulations, the unit to which they belong shall criticize and educate the directly responsible personnel; Refuses to correct, handled by the unit.
