Which dynasty did Chen Zhongcheng come from and where did he come from?

Chen Shiqi (1587~ 1644), whose real name is Gongfu, is Ren Ping. Tongshan Institute, Zhangpu County (now Tongling Town, Dongshan County) in Ming Dynasty.
