Safety is benefit, safety is life, and safety is happiness. Safety is everywhere in production and life, and no one wants it. Safety work is the lifeline and happiness line of coal enterprises. Without safety, there will be no production, no benefits, no stable development of mining areas and no individual family happiness of employees. Therefore, only by firmly grasping and paying close attention to production safety can we comprehensively improve the safety management level of enterprises, ensure safe production of enterprises, maximize economic benefits of enterprises, and better maintain the strong development momentum of coal enterprises.

Obviously, safety is so important to our coal mining enterprises, so how should we do it? This is a major problem in today's society. As the saying goes: A thousand-mile embankment breaks an ant nest. Safety is as arduous as a thousand-mile dike. If we want to do a good job in safety work, we must pay attention to small things to prevent big ones, and to prevent small things from happening. If you treat the big instead of the small and take it lightly, the problem will often grow from small to big, accumulate small into huge, and finally collapse like a thousand-mile embankment into small ant holes. Only by insisting on catching small things to prevent big ones and preventing small things from happening can we properly handle the relationship between big and small things, nip accidents in the bud, and ensure safe production.

Preventing micro-security requires us to start from the smallest details, from the symptoms, and from the root cause when doing a good job in safety. Safety work should be treated with a 'meticulous and meticulous' approach. It is the direction of safe production and allows us to follow rules for safety, just like a safe sail. In our safety production, if many safety hazards are not prevented in the bud, it will lead to major safety accidents. For example, if a certain electromechanical equipment is missing a screw, or a certain equipment is overloaded, or a "chicken paw" or "sheep tail" appears on the power supply line, etc., these will be the root causes of major accidents. On January 5, 2010, a cable fire occurred 240 meters underground in the Lisheng Coal Mine in Tanjiashan Town, Xiangtan County, Hunan Province during the production process, resulting in 25 deaths. After investigation, it was found that the direct cause of the accident was the aging and damage of a small section of cable laid in the vertical shaft. All mechanical and electrical professionals know that a damaged cable will cause a short circuit in the underground circuit. The short circuit will generate heat accumulation and eventually cause a fire, igniting the cable jacket. Plastic pipes, hanging baskets, wooden supports and surrounding coal seams produce a large amount of toxic and harmful gases, causing suffocation and casualties. Our underground cables are everywhere, and this aging cable may only be one ten thousandth, one hundred thousandth or one millionth of the total. If there is a little sloppiness in the management of the cable, we will miss its existence and thus ignore its service life, which will eventually lead to a fire like the accident, and the consequences will be unimaginable. Through this accident that occurred in a coal mine in Hunan, it is not difficult for us to find that in the process of production operations, we must focus on small things and start from small things, so as to truly nip all accidents in the bud and prevent them from happening. Not yet! Only in this way can the safety of production be guaranteed.

Du Jian means that we must persist in putting an end to bad ideas, bad things or irregular behaviors in the actual production process, and prevent them from continuing to develop. It is the driving force for safe production and allows us to be effective in dealing with safety. Like a safe scull. He taught us what we should do during production to reach a safe shore. In our actual production process, we all like to commit some habitual violations, fail to correct them in time, correct our irregular behavior, and finally make ourselves pay the price with blood. On August 1, 2010, a transportation accident occurred in Shuangfeng Coal Mine, Longtang Town, Leiyang City. The direct cause of the accident was that after upgrading 11 material trucks and more than 40 coal gangue trucks, the slope operator, in order to save trouble, The upper gear of the linkage gear is not lowered so that it is in the open state. When the two employees pushed the empty cart to the car stop, they accidentally buried the cart and slid the mine cart to the lower part of the inclined shaft, crushing and killing an employee who was eating at the lower slope change point.

From this accident, it is not difficult to find that there are two habitual violations: first, the letter hanging worker did not put down the vehicle barrier according to the regulations; second, the employees at the downhill slope did not enter the shelter hole according to the regulations. It is precisely because we have not curbed this illegal behavior in time for a long time and allowed it to develop badly that the accident finally occurred. Just imagine, if this kind of behavior is strictly stopped from the beginning and the violators are aware of its seriousness, then they will not leave hidden dangers to save trouble on the day of the incident, and the accident will not happen. Therefore, we must promptly correct mistakes in our work and life, severely crack down on illegal operations, put an end to all unsafe behaviors, standardize employees' safety awareness, and use Du Jian's sculls to ensure safe production.

Coal mine production is a struggle with nature. The conditions are poor and there are many links. The "five major" disasters such as roof, water, fire, gas, and coal dust threaten production safety at any time. How can there be no problems? Safety should not be superficial, let alone superficial. We must start with the details, not let go of any safety hazards, put an end to all violations, and always prevent the slightest. Because behind the perfunctory performance is our precious life that is being threatened. Only by arming your mind with safety awareness can you avoid lifelong regrets due to ideological paralysis. A moment of relaxation and a moment of laziness may result in "misfortunes falling from the sky" and regrets. If anti-microbial protection is like the sail and Du Jian is the oar, then safety should be the boat. Only by raising the sails and swinging the oars can the ship sail safely and carefree on the vast sea. Only then can we catch more fish and create more wealth.
