The Civil Affairs Bureau said that starting from March 6, personnel from 16 districts in the city have been stationed at Pudong and Hongqiao airports and are on duty 24 hours a day. The airport has set up special personnel distribution points. For incoming passengers who originally planned to take public transportation and need to be quarantined at home for health observation, each district will arrange special cars and dedicated personnel to pick them up and strictly implement the 14-day home quarantine and health observation.

First of all, set up a special personnel distribution point at the airport. The two international airports in Pudong and Hongqiao have designated special areas as collection and distribution points for people who need to be quarantined at home for health observation after entering the country. The collection and distribution points are divided into 16 areas, one for each of the city's 16 districts.

Secondly, the on-site personnel diversion is carried out within the distribution point. For inbound travelers who originally planned to take public transportation and need to be quarantined at home for health observation, each district will arrange special cars and people (each special car has at least two staff members in addition to the driver) to pick them up and drop them off. Depending on the actual situation, each district will either escort the inbound travelers directly to their homes, or deliver them to the gathering points in each district, and then have each district or town take over to escort them to their homes respectively; for those inbound travelers who are picked up by private cars and need to be quarantined at home for health observation, staff from each district will The name, ID number, contact information, license plate number and destination of the pick-up person must be registered, and the incoming person must be accompanied to the designated pick-up area at the airport. After verification, the incoming person can be allowed to return to the registered destination by car. At the same time, staff must report the above information to the district headquarters as soon as possible, and the district headquarters will notify the community to make preparations for home isolation and health observation of the incoming personnel.
