On the front blackboard, there is a seating chart according to the height of students, and on the back blackboard, it says "Welcome to 0907' s warm home!" ",and made a heart-shaped pattern with pink balloons. Stick four famous sayings in white on the left and right walls of the classroom to create a bookish atmosphere in the class, such as: "Habit determines character, character determines fate", "Learning without thinking is useless, thinking without learning is lazy". At the front and back doors, some balloons and ribbons are properly decorated. Students will feel the warmth of home when they walk into the classroom and see their classes are particularly beautiful. When students see their names neatly written on the blackboard by the teacher and sit down accordingly, they will immediately have a sense of belonging accepted by this class; When students carefully read the famous sayings around the wall, their confidence in becoming excellent will be greatly enhanced.

The head teacher is the pioneer of a class, the founder of class culture and the centripetal force of a class. Therefore, children often like the head teacher first, accept this class and integrate into it. Therefore, the first appearance of the class teacher is particularly important. The head teacher should impress the students at the first time, be innovative when introducing himself, have cultural connotation, and win the students' love with his personality charm. I am a Chinese teacher, so when introducing myself, I used a Tibetan poem I wrote, "Walking in Huang Yun, Beautiful and Beautiful. 2. The first theme class meeting

"Let the class become a warm home for students' lifelong nostalgia" is the guiding ideology of my class construction. Classes with love and temperature will have popularity, vitality and potential.

In the first three days of entrance education, I carefully organized a class meeting with the theme of "Show yourself wonderfully". Fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students, let everyone show themselves confidently, and ask each student to leave his signature on the blackboard after the performance. The class meeting will be wonderful. Students like Class 0907 when they show themselves and appreciate others. Especially when all the students in the class are writing their names in the black class, I use red chalk to frame all the names in two hearts and write my name in the middle of my soul mate. All the students clapped excitedly and felt warm and happy.

3. The first group activity

Taking collective activities as the carrier, we can accumulate the core of class culture: class spirit. Activities can stimulate students' unprecedented enthusiasm, promote the class to form an atmosphere of unity and enterprising, and unite people closely. Once you have this class spirit, a group will have the hope and motivation to move forward. As a class teacher, we must seize every opportunity of a class's collective appearance and make the success of collective activities an excellent catalyst for the class. The first activity in the first grade of our school is the "queue competition", which was planned at the beginning of school. I arranged and participated in their physical education class practice in advance, and timely coached some students who were in the wrong position to win the first place. Second, create a class spiritual and cultural atmosphere

1. "Classic Quotations" by the head teacher

As the guide of class culture, the head teacher should always say some refined, targeted and inspiring words. 2. Collect cultural symbols of the class

After the class was established, I collected cultural symbols belonging to Class 0907 for the whole class. " Every day after school, the monitor will lead the whole class to shout out the class number to boost morale. The class song is a word written by the students themselves, using the song "One Thousand Years Later"; Many students participated in the production of the class emblem, because they all know that all the materials printed by Class 0907 will be printed with the class emblem, which is of great significance. Finally, the whole class voted for the class emblem. In these solicitation activities, students have a sense of accomplishment as class owners to participate in class construction.

3. Create a cultural atmosphere through multiple channels

Set up bulletin boards, honor lists, heart wishes, reading stations, calligraphy and painting worlds and other columns in the classroom, regularly update the theme blackboard newspaper, and strive to create a bookish classroom cultural atmosphere. And use the class website, class QQ group and other means to provide a stage to show students' various talents and enhance students' cultural heritage.

Third, establish a class system culture.

All cultures are produced and formed in people's practice. To be widely and deeply accepted by people, we should not only instill it through external education, but also need a certain rigid system to regulate and restrict it. Makarenko believes: "Discipline is the best way to achieve collective goals, and discipline can beautify the collective." Class system culture is an important part of class culture. It is not only a symbol of class culture, but also an effective guarantee of class culture. Accordingly, the backbone members of the class, headed by the head teacher, must formulate more humane class rules according to the principle of "people-oriented" in the new curriculum reform and under the guidance of the specific school management system.

The class rules of class 0907 were formulated after discussion by the class cadres, and were implemented after being submitted to the whole class for voting, and were constantly improved in practice.
