Volunteers hold various positions during the games, such as venue service, security, medical care, translation and so on. This Nanjing Youth Olympic Games has 28 major events and 222 minor events, including track and field, swimming, basketball, football, table tennis, badminton, diving and cycling. Among them, China team performed well in table tennis, badminton and diving, and won many gold medals.

Closing Ceremony of Nanjing Youth Olympic Games

Nanjing Youth Olympic Games ended in Nanjing Olympic Sports Center on August 28th, 214. At the closing ceremony, the Nanjing Municipal Government showed the world the culture and history of Nanjing, and also publicized the culture and spirit of China to the world.
