International cultural exchange of China Theatre Academy is urgent.

To tell the truth, just at this time a year ago, I applied for the major of international cultural exchange with eager anticipation and excitement. At that time, I also read some comments on international relations on the Internet. At that time, I felt that it might not be objective, and that the admission score was so high that the school should not pay attention to it. Moreover, I was really deceived by the name of international cultural exchange at that time, thinking that this major would be very good and would have a bright future, but I really regretted it after I entered the school. Nothing, let alone the future development!

1. When this major enters the school, what artistic expertise will be displayed? After entering the school, there are no art classes at all, but only about 12 history classes such as drama history, music history, painting history and calligraphy history taught by teachers of drama literature department. Students from other departments rehearse hard all day, practicing their voices, pianos and acrobatics, working hard and enjoying themselves, while students from other departments are always sitting in the audience while performing. Dozens of high school students from Hong Kong came to our school for cultural exchange in Lian Gang in the near future. After one year's study, the artistic performance (exchange) of students from other departments has been far better than the level of talent display of students from the International Communication Department. Therefore, the director of the Teaching and Research Office of the International Communication Department invited students from the Director Department to help, and finally all the students from the International Communication Department left early, leaving the actors from the Director Department to have a real exchange with Hong Kong students. Take the usual rehearsal of these students in the director department as an example, their experience is not a little bit, while the students in the international communication department only have tools, other people's tools, and they can't really communicate without others.

2. Time flies. I dare say that the English level of most students in the national communication class before entering the school is much higher than the current English level. Why do you say that? First, there is no objective environment for language learning. Of course, this can't be taken as a main reason, but compared with the students of English department in comprehensive universities, there is really a huge gap. This is also the reason why the students of Guojiao University asked their teachers if they could take the English postgraduate exam in the future, which was very definitely denied by the teachers of Guojiao University. English department students are required to pass TEM-4 and TEM-8, not simply CET-4 and CET-6. English department students must go to read early and listen to VOA/BBC before dawn every day, otherwise they will not pass TEM-4. Secondly, English teachers are all super young and very fashionable teachers, and sometimes they pretend to be big professors when they make mistakes that students can hear in class. These English teachers here are especially good at performing, and they have many nicknames, such as "HOLD", "Living abroad", "FASHION" and so on. Third, there are very few English classes. Generally, there are about 12 classes in English intensive reading class and English listening class every semester. Students are asked to buy new textbooks every semester, but usually they can only learn 3-4 units per semester (the book has 8 units+two sets of papers) and they are done. Fourth, there are few teachers in the school. Usually, intensive reading and listening are taught by one teacher, and teachers are very lazy. They usually combine English intensive reading with English listening. It is said that there are too few intensive reading classes to finish, so talk more about intensive reading and listen less. The specific situation is that after 4 minutes of intensive reading, the teacher calls himself tired. Let us read by ourselves, and the teacher needs to have a rest. Sometimes it is a fashionable English teacher. As a result, the class is over directly, and the listening is usually gone. Let the students go back and listen by themselves. Sometimes the FASHIONable English teacher will give the students about 3 minutes of listening, which is completely playing. As long as the listening rings, they will ignore the fashion teacher's business. So we usually buy a teacher's English listening course and a teacher's book with answers on it, so we can listen to it ourselves. Fourthly, these fashionable English teachers from the State Communications University are especially lazy. They have to show movies many times a semester. Usually, classes begin at 8:3, and the teacher starts to show movies directly until 11:5, and it's over after the show. English teachers who show movies are the most relaxed. They don't have to prepare lessons in advance. Just find a movie and just show it. After the show, the class is over. Fifth, the school's management of the international communications major is very lax. First of all, there has never been any homework in international communication English. It is all about ensuring an attendance rate in class. If students don't learn English themselves after coming in, then English will be completely useless. Secondly, the final exam of Guojiao English is very easy. The listening teacher will directly tell the students what to take. Before the final exam, the students will recite the listening answers directly, that is, TTFFT, the next ABBCD, and there are very few listening questions. The teacher will not let everyone recite too many answers. The intensive reading test will also tell some ready-made questions, which can be answered directly, that is, the reading question ABBCD DCCBD. Therefore, after just coming to school for one semester, some students can't stand it, and they spend two or three thousand dollars or even four or five thousand dollars outside to learn English. To tell the truth, I really don't want to pay the tuition. It's so boring.

3. Teachers are not good. First of all, there is an obvious phenomenon in this major that a teacher usually has to undertake many courses, which is very rare in other colleges and universities, even in our school, but it is like this in the case of international relations. For example, the courses taught by a teacher in A are: Business Etiquette and Communication; Theater management; Cultural Marketing; Advertising; Business English Writing; English intensive reading; "English Listening" The course undertaken by a teacher B is "Art English"; French; English translation; English Interpretation; History of Western Culture; Cultural management; "English Writing" The courses undertaken by a C teacher include "English Listening"; Cultural Marketing; The Economic Man; Exhibition planning; Business English; Cultural and Creative Planning; "English Intensive Reading" Secondly, although there are many graduate degrees and doctors in this major, as far as I know after entering the school, the teachers in this major in our school are basically graduate students who have just graduated, and then the school spends money to send them to study for doctors. Of course, the school is not stupid and doesn't need to invest any more. Now that it has invested in a few teachers, the teachers in the country are almost enough and can bluff. Thirdly, the teachers of national communications are particularly irresponsible, especially capable of performing, especially FASHION, and especially able to muddle along.

4. A few weeks ago, we were still worried about the final exam, because since we entered the school, we found that many classes were boring, and the teachers didn't take classes seriously, even didn't have textbooks, and the teachers just made it up. The students who just came in with high scores were quickly divided into two types. One is to let the teachers say whatever they want, and I study on my own below. The other is simply to give up. Since the school has given up these newly recruited students with high scores in the college entrance examination, the students have also given up on themselves. This type is also called fool type, self-abandonment type and suckers type. Sleep, eat snacks and play computer in class. (Note: Because the teacher who gives lessons to Guo Jiao Tong is not serious, the teacher also allows Guo Jiao Tong students to bring computers in class and sit in front of their desks to play online games. Guo Jiao Tong teachers never care, even eating snacks is ok, so sleeping is even better. We students still have several photos of Guo Jiao Tong students in class just this semester. The teacher is sitting in front of the podium, drinking tea and talking about the history of literature. All the students below are lying down. To tell the truth, I felt embarrassed to sleep on my stomach at first, and then the whole class slept, which became a kind of resistance to the teacher of Guojiao. After lying down twice, I found that the teacher not only ignored it, but was quite happy.

5. There are very few teachers majoring in international relations. Except for those young teachers who just graduated, the department rarely hires teachers for us. Usually, teachers from the drama department teach international relations students. According to the teachers and sisters, there are China literature history, Chinese drama history, China culture history, foreign literature history, foreign drama history, western culture history, China drama history and Chinese-foreign cultural exchange history. These dramas are the teachers' own. The courses for freshmen and sophomores of students from the State Communications University are almost full, so there is no need to hire too many teachers. I'm speechless, and the teachers and sisters majoring in international communications say that the class they don't like the most is the history class of the drama department, because these teachers are the least serious, have no textbooks, and talk casually in class. It is often the teacher who reads the so-called literary history to the students on his own computer, that is, to state historical events according to the script. I'm bored to death. These classes are totally sleeping classes.

5. the leaders of the drama department don't pay attention to the students who are in China. Both the newly appointed director of the teaching and research section and the former director of the teaching and research section often complain to us that our major has reached the point where some teachers and students complain together. The director of the teaching and research section used to be an English major. She is really worried about our future. Now, the deputy director in charge of teaching in the drama department is so overwhelmed that she can't do anything for the students. The lack of money from the drama department is the best evidence. We have changed two foreign teachers since we entered the school at this level. I heard from my brothers and sisters that their former two foreign teachers were very good and both left. They have already changed three foreign teachers, and we may continue to change them next semester. Why do foreign teachers change frequently? Why can't the drama department keep foreign teachers? Moreover, the number of foreign teachers hired is worse than one, and those with yellow hair who are about to go to the talent market will be caught. Because the drama department is unwilling to spend too much money on foreign teachers, that is, it is unwilling to waste too much money on students majoring in international cultural exchange. The leaders of the drama department are usually very busy every year when recruiting students. After the recruitment, they only need to ensure that there is a foreign teacher, and the leaders will be all right, waiting for the recruitment of students in the next year in peace. Department leaders can only do these things for the country's diplomatic relations, recruit students, have foreign teachers, and then recruit students. If the foreign teachers leave again, they will continue to hire foreign teachers, recruit students again, and go on and on. It's as simple as that.

6. The current situation of international communication specialty is not suitable for its development. The major of international communication was born in the College of Art and Media. There are dance performances, film and television performances, MIDI music production, international cultural exchange, stage art, new media and so on. We have our own theater, music studio, piano room, rehearsal hall, practice room and all kinds of high technology. Nowadays, the major of National Communications has been placed in the drama department, and I simply don't understand whether the leaders of National Communications can lead National Communications. Now, I can't learn anything in class, and I can't even borrow the piano room or the study room. All kinds of colleges are not open to students of drama department, because Guojiao is a department that writes scripts, and I can't borrow anything, nothing, except giving all kinds of history lessons to students of Guojiao all day.

7. The curriculum is unreasonable. The major of international communication is occupied by many courses that teachers of drama department can undertake, which is very repetitive. For example, the history of foreign literature and foreign drama; China's literary history, China's plays, China's cultural history and so on. In terms of professional names, international cultural exchange includes at least three parts: international (foreign language courses, diplomatic courses, international forms, international politics and economy, etc.), culture (music, drama, calligraphy and painting practice and appreciation courses are now opened as history courses, which is a great failure), communication (communication and etiquette, translation, director foundation, new media production, advertising, news, interviews, performance foundation, cross-culture. Now it's all history classes. Why don't you just change your international relations to an international history major?

8. There are no lectures for international cultural exchange majors. Watching the director department give a lecture every week is really jealous and impatient. There are very few lectures in the drama department, and there is no such thing as international relations. It is an activity of the drama department except that sometimes students from China Communications University are sent to a lecture site as spectators to support the venue and take some photos.

9. what the college does all day is superficial, saying that Shenma has practical projects abroad every year, and what is the exchange abroad is all a cloud for students who are in international relations. First of all, all the opportunities offered by the school to go abroad require students to pay fees. Anyone who is crazy has not learned anything from going abroad and will spend tens of thousands of dollars to stay abroad for five or six days before coming back. There's so much money and no place to spend it. Secondly, the college does have a lot of students going abroad every year, but they are not international students, but undergraduates from the performance department, director department and music department go abroad for performance exchange, and it is free.

1. The current situation is that all the students who have worked hard to get into the national communications university regret it. Unlike other majors, the curriculum of Guojiao University is unreasonable, and the undergraduate training of Guojiao University is not systematic. After four years, the students can't learn anything. What kind of literature history lessons can be mastered in class? What's the use? After all, it's not a skill, nor is it a literary accomplishment or literary background, because all kinds of literature courses offered to students by the Opera Department are history courses, and there are no appreciation courses or real literature courses at all. Although students majoring in other majors, such as musicology, directing, performance, Beijing opera and choreography, are sometimes at a loss about the future, the four-year training of these majors is systematic. Take musicology as an example, from audio-visual ear training to polyphony to orchestration, although they don't know what they can do in the future, they have gained a lot in the past four years. If they like music, they can continue their studies. If they don't like music, they can take the postgraduate entrance examination to learn something else (note: the postgraduate entrance examination for students from the International University of Communications must be a cross-major). In the end, I couldn't find a job for four years, and I didn't pass the inter-professional entrance examination (note: international communication is a major that can't be called a major, so the postgraduate entrance examination must be cross-professional). Finally, those who have a little money don't go abroad to burn money, and those who don't have money will squat at home.
