Time limit for the closure of commercial entities.

Market players can decide to suspend business within a certain period of time. Where a market entity extends the closure period, it shall handle it within 30 days before the expiration of the period, and the closure period of the market entity shall not exceed 3 years at the longest. If the period of filing and suspension of business of market entities expires, or the cumulative suspension of business for three years expires, it shall be deemed as automatic resumption of business, and if it decides not to operate any more, it shall go through the cancellation of registration in time.
