Open PS, create a new one, click (Pen Tool) to add an anchor point on the layer, and click the small square on the anchor point. Then use (add anchor tool) to adjust the shape you just made to the desired shape. Press the OK key again, right-click the blue part of the Layers panel and select (Rasterize the layer), then hold down the Alt key in the blue part and click (Path) to select (Generate the working path from the selection) as follows. Click the text button again, put the cursor on the edge of the adjusted graph, and you will see the flashing text input cursor, and finally enter the desired text.
