7. Performance bond. The performance bond is to ensure the interests of the purchasing unit and avoid the losses caused by the supplier's breach of contract. Generally speaking, the performance bond for goods procurement is 5- 10% of the contract amount, and the project bond is 30-50% of the contract amount if a letter of guarantee is provided, and 10% of the contract amount if a bank guarantee is provided.

8. Relevant qualification and credit certification documents provided by suppliers.
