Where does Loutou Village belong?

Loutou Village, formerly known as "Feng Long" and "Longlou", is located in the southwest of Wutang Town 1km. East to Dongfu and Xizhuang; It starts from Xitianwei Town in the west and ends at Xizhuang Community in the north. Loutou village has paddy fields, orchards, mountains and ditches, and the conditions for developing agricultural production are unique. Before the reform and opening up, the village's agricultural production was intensive, and it was once a high-yield area of grain crops in the town. Most of the villagers' houses are on the mountains, and some are on the plains. At present, there are 628 households in the village, and there are 9 villagers' groups, with a total population of 2,468 and non-agricultural population 1.38, all of whom are Han nationality, accounting for 58% of women. At present, the main economy of the villagers in our village comes from labor harvest, with an annual per capita net income of 4,560 yuan. In July 2009, in accordance with relevant policies, laws and documents, two village committees were successfully elected, with a total of seven cadres (five branch committees and two village committees).

After the reform and opening up, the unique geographical location of Loutou Village has attracted the attention of foreign investors. With the development of economy, more and more people set up factories in Sanshan, and the villagers in Loutou Village gradually changed from agricultural production to industrial production, and developed into Loutou Village Industrial Park in Hanjiang District today. There are 19 factories in the industrial park. Large-scale enterprises include Youli Shoes Co., Ltd., Putian Dobuta Shoes Co., Ltd., Putian Sunshine Plastic Co., Ltd., Putian Peng Xiong Color Printing Co., Ltd., Putian Xin Kai Plastic Products Co., Ltd., etc. There are 5,000 foreign employees, of whom 42% are women.

There are many tourist attractions near Loutou Village, such as LAM Raymond Shi Hui Temple, Ruiyun Mountain Forest Park, Baitang Qiuyue, Yanzhen Mountain and Chen Yinggong Memorial Hall, and some specialties, such as Putian Longan, Hongtuan, Polygonum hydropiper and Hemp Tube, Putian Hongtuan and Putian Canned Mushrooms.
