Hot pot restaurant service process

To put it simply: the service flow of hot pot: welcome guests, ask questions, take seats, reserve seats, remove extra tableware, pour tea, send snacks, send menus, serve food, light the fire, serve food, and serve during dinner: pour wine, pour tea, stir the bottom of the pot, check out, turn off the fire, send guests off and return the table. Prepare for the comeback. Cleaning before work.
