Who is the owners' committee?

The preparatory group of the community industry committee consists of 5- 13 representatives of the owners, 1 representatives of the neighborhood office or town people's government where the property is located, and 1 representatives of the construction unit.

Representatives of the owners of the preparatory group shall be jointly recommended by the owners and determined according to the ranking order of the recommended number; If the number of referees is the same, the ranking order can be decided by drawing lots.

Generally speaking, the owners' committee has two ways:

1, elected by the owners or owners' meeting according to the Property Law, the Property Management Regulations and relevant local measures.

2. For larger residential quarters, the owners first elect their own building committees according to the buildings, and then each building committee elects representatives to form a centralized industry committee; The Committee formed in this way is mainly responsible for the management of buildings; The floor committee is responsible for the management of * * * in the building.

The owners' committee is elected by the owners' meeting, and consists of 5 to 1 1 person. Members of the owners' committee shall be owners within the property management area and meet the following conditions:

(2) Abide by relevant state laws and regulations.

(three) abide by the rules of procedure and management regulations of the owners' congress, and perform the obligations of the owners in an exemplary manner.
