They are non-profit social organizations established according to law under the guidance of the Central Committee of the Productive Youth League of China. They started volunteering at the end of 1993, and 1994 was formally established. Volunteer work is a cross-century undertaking, voluntary, free, public and organized. Mainly committed to helping members of society with special difficulties, eliminating poverty, improving interpersonal relationships and social atmosphere, and creating a good environment for better social development.

Teacher Changhong Wu of the Volunteer Guidance Center said: She envies the working environment of volunteers now, admires their service spirit and thanks them for their service status. It also emphasizes that commitment is the virtue of volunteers, and because of this, volunteer work has grown from scratch, from small to large, from a service to a career. At present, there are 320,000 volunteers in Hangzhou, and their enthusiasm and enthusiasm have built a beautiful landscape in Hang Cheng.

Then, Mr. Wu Changhong presented a banner to the Youth Volunteer Service Team of Hangzhou Youth College. Xu Daren, captain of the volunteer service team, said: Volunteer work is very beneficial to the growth and improvement of volunteers themselves. In the second part of the meeting, Chen Yue, a teacher from Kegan, trained volunteers in the theoretical knowledge and skills of voluntary service. She expounded the concept, value definition, content and form of volunteers, as well as the development of volunteers in the world, China and Hangzhou, and introduced the brand projects and recent volunteer activities of Hangzhou volunteers.
