Mailing and exchange via ordinary post, express delivery, etc. are prohibited.

Cross-use of U disks and mobile hard drives between Internet computers and confidential computers is prohibited. It is prohibited to publish job information on government portals and other websites without confidentiality review.

2. Computers and Networks:

Secret computers are prohibited from accessing the Internet and other public information networks. It is prohibited to install software downloaded through the Internet on confidential computers. Uninstalling anti-virus software, host monitoring and auditing software, etc. without authorization is prohibited on confidential computers.

Secret-related computers should be set with login passwords that comply with security and confidentiality regulations. The use of wireless devices such as wireless mice and wireless keyboards is prohibited on confidential computers. It is prohibited to store state secrets and internal sensitive information through WeChat, Weibo, QQ, email, cloud disk, etc.

3. Office automation equipment:

Confidential office automation equipment is prohibited from accessing the Internet and other public information networks. Classified computers and non-confidential computers are prohibited from sharing office automation equipment. Confidential printers, copiers and other equipment are prohibited from connecting wirelessly to classified computers.

When confidential equipment fails and needs to be repaired by personnel from outside units, personnel from the unit should be on-site for supervision. The scrapped confidential office automation equipment (toner cartridges, hard drives, etc.) should be sent to the confidential carrier destruction center for destruction.
