Dear where are you themed activities

The 2013 China Hot Air Balloon Open will be held in Changzhou, Jiangsu from November 15th to 17th. The China Hot Air Balloon Open is a national Class B special sports event registered and certified by the Aviation Control Center of the State Sports General Administration. There will be 30 professional hot air balloon teams from all over the country, and within three days they will complete professional competitions in more than ten subjects, including target shooting, treasure hunting, and competitive flying. During the event, a series of entertainment activities will be arranged at the venue, such as hot air balloon live light shows, national experiences and other entertainment activities to create an aerial carnival with a hot air balloon theme. Among them, the special link "Dear Where Are You" hangs slogans and banners such as love declarations and happiness messages collected from all over the country in the early stage of the event on a hot air balloon and slowly rises to form a giant landscape.
