Competition method: All members of this level stand at the starting point. When the competition starts, the first member starts from the starting point to pass the level. The second member can start the relay after watching the first member pass the first obstacle. , and so on, through the four props of leaping through the dragon gate, single-plank bridge, drilling holes, and hurdles! When each member reaches the finish line, he high-fives the coach and the relay is successful! When all players successfully pass the level, the timer ends the time and records the results.

How to play: Teams of each team complete the competition in relay (divided into 3 groups of relays). There are 2 groups of 5 people at the starting point and 1 group of 5 people at the end. After listening to the referee’s order, the first group quickly goes to the finish line. Run, reach the finish line and exchange high-fives with the five people in the second group to exchange relays. The second group rushes to the starting point and exchanges relays with the five people in the third group and then rushes to the finish line. The timer ends the time and records the results (if there is a break or ball in the middle) (10 seconds of overtime for a drop, and you have to catch the ball and continue running)

Competition method:

2 teams PK, each team has 8 people participating, and the time is limited to 90 seconds. The teams stand 1 meter away from the square platform (at the edge of the mat). After hearing the starting whistle, the participants seize the high platform; the last 10 seconds countdown reminds the coach to take pictures after the whistle ends, and the photo will be used as the basis for the high platform. The members represent the team and win.
