Wheelchairs can be used to get to the door of the cabin, and wheelchairs should also be used on the plane.

The Measures for the Administration of Air Transport for Disabled Persons stipulates that:

Article 19 Carriers, airports and airport ground service agents shall provide disabled people with mobile auxiliary equipment needed for getting on and off the plane free of charge, including but not limited to barrier-free electric vehicles, car ferries, airports, wheelchairs used for getting on and off the plane, and special narrow wheelchairs on board.

Article 20? Disabled people who have the opportunity to check wheelchairs can use wheelchairs at the airport. ?

Disabled people with flight conditions are willing to use their wheelchairs at the airport, so they can use their wheelchairs to get to the passenger door. ?

Article 21? If a disabled person with flight conditions cannot move independently on the ground wheelchair, boarding wheelchair or other equipment, the carrier, airport and airport ground service agent shall not leave him unattended for more than 30 minutes according to their respective duties.

Thirty-sixth electric wheelchairs should be checked, and disabled people who have the opportunity to check electric wheelchairs should deliver them two hours before the deadline for ordinary passengers to check in, and abide by the relevant provisions on air transport of dangerous goods.

The Measures for the Administration of Air Transport for Disabled Persons stipulates that:

Article 45? The carrier shall provide the following services in the cabin that are needed by disabled persons with flight conditions or accepted by the carrier when providing them:

(1) Help to move to or leave the seat; ?

(two) to assist in the preparation of meals, such as opening the package and identifying the food and its placement; ?

(three) to assist in the use of wheelchairs in and out of the bathroom; ?

(four) to assist some disabled people with walking ability to enter and leave the bathroom; ?

(five) to assist in the placement and retrieval of personal belongings, including disabled appliances stored in the engine room.
