Under the new form, a qualified Committee member should be in place in three aspects: first, he should be in place ideologically. To be a "qualified party member", we must keep in mind our role orientation and strengthen party member consciousness, which is the basic requirement for being a qualified party member. Strengthening party member consciousness is the most basic and minimum requirement for employees, and it is also an important starting point for maintaining and developing the advanced nature. Party member consciousness is party member's idea and understanding of the Party's program, nature, purpose and historical mission. That is, at any time, anywhere and under any circumstances, we must not forget our political identity, strictly demand ourselves by party member standards, earnestly fulfill the obligations of party members, correctly exercise party member's power, actively play a vanguard and exemplary role, "make a good start" for the masses, and ask others to do what they want to do first. Second, we must be "in place" in practical actions. To be a "qualified party member", we must play an exemplary role in our own posts, which is the realistic embodiment of being a qualified party member. We in party member should do "party member behavior" in our own work and life, correctly grasp "professional standards" and "party member standards" according to specific job responsibilities, and accomplish our tasks well. We should play an exemplary role among colleagues and peers and become the backbone of business, the pioneer of industry and the "leader" of the people. We must set an example first. No matter what difficulties we encounter at any time, we must stand up and face them. We must rush to the forefront in the face of difficulties, and we can't "drop the chain" at critical moments and let ordinary people "see jokes". Third, the filing requirements should be "in place". To be a "qualified party member", we must strictly abide by the code of conduct and abide by the party discipline and state laws, which is an inevitable requirement for being a qualified party member. Members are members of political organizations and must strictly abide by party discipline; Members are citizens at the same time and must take the lead in observing national laws and regulations. We should correctly grasp the content, characteristics and requirements of the party discipline and state law, consciously regulate and restrain our own behavior, enhance our consciousness of strictly observing the party discipline and state law on the basis of establishing a correct view of law and discipline, maintain a high degree of consistency with the CPC Central Committee politically, ideologically and practically, and become a "qualified citizen" and a "qualified party member".
