In order to respond to the new crown epidemic and protect the health of the people in the county and life safety, to test the county's public health emergency system and capacity building level, and in accordance with the requirements of superiors and the unified deployment of the county committee and county government, it was decided to conduct an emergency drill for nucleic acid testing for all employees throughout the county. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Scope of testing

All personnel in Sui. Among them, those who are in the centralized isolation or home health management period will be tested by the National Health Commission and various sectors in accordance with current regulations and channels. There is no need to leave the centralized isolation point or home isolation place to queue up.

2. Sampling time

August 19, 6:00-12:00, 15:00-22:00, August 20, 6:00-12:00, 15:00-22: 00

3. Sampling locations

Attached are the nucleic acid testing points for all employees in every town in the county. Each resident is requested to follow the specific notice of the village, follow the scheduled time and pre-organized group, and participate in the test at the designated sampling point.

IV. Notes

1. All residents are requested to go to the designated sampling points in an orderly manner at the specified time for sampling according to the village organization arrangement and under the guidance of the village staff and sampling team leader. , to achieve small batches, no agglomeration, organization and high efficiency.

2. All persons being sampled must wear masks in a standardized manner throughout the process, and take the initiative to show their "Sukang Code" and "Itinerary Code" for the day. For those who do not have the "two codes", they must fill in and bring the "Health Code" in advance. "Letter of Commitment" for future reference. You must consciously accept body temperature checks, line up in an orderly manner according to on-site instructions, maintain a social distance of more than 1 meter from others, and do not jump in line, talk, or gather.

3. Do not eat 2 hours before sampling, and do not smoke, drink, or chew gum half an hour before sampling. When taking samples, you must follow medical instructions, do not touch the testing table in front of you with your hands, do not put your belongings on the table, and use mobile phones as little as possible to avoid contamination. After the sampling is completed, quickly put on a mask and leave the scene. Do not spit at will. Personal garbage must be put into the medical waste storage box. Pay attention to personal heatstroke prevention and cooling.

4. This round of testing adopts the method of directly scanning your ID card to register. Please be sure to bring your ID card; those who do not have an ID card but their parents or children are with them will be accompanied by relatives for sampling; those who do not have an ID card and their children or If your parents are not around, please write your name, mobile phone number, and ID number on a piece of white paper in advance, and the on-site staff will assist in entering it.

5. If you have fever, cough and other symptoms, please report to your village and relevant units in advance, take personal protection, go to the fever clinic of the designated hospital in a timely manner, and do not go to centralized sampling points. Residents who have received the COVID-19 vaccine on August 18 should take the initiative to report to the village, and the village will arrange for testing on the 20th.

6. The cost of nucleic acid testing for all employees will be borne by the government. If no notification is received within 24 hours after sampling, the test result will be considered negative and no written report will be issued.

7. The county’s agencies, enterprises, institutions, and business entities must actively obey and cooperate with the sampling work, and allow employees to participate in nucleic acid testing according to the grouping plan during working hours. They must not be punished for being absent from work, being late, or leaving early.

8. Currently, no local confirmed cases, suspected cases or asymptomatic infections have been found in our county. This nucleic acid test for all employees is an emergency drill. Residents are asked to actively participate and do not spread, believe or spread rumors. Obey instructions and actively cooperate during the sampling process. Those who refuse to cooperate, do not support nucleic acid sampling and testing, disrupt order, conceal reports, make false reports, falsify information, or maliciously spread false pictures, videos, and remarks will be strictly held accountable in accordance with the law.
