In accordance with the unified deployment of the Yantai Municipal Party Committee’s Leading Group Office for Coordinating Epidemic Prevention and Control and Economic Operation, Based on the current epidemic prevention and control situation in our city, with the approval of the Office of the Municipal Party Committee’s Leading Group for Coordinating Epidemic Prevention and Control and Economic Operation, while epidemic prevention and control continues to maintain a state of dynamic social clearing, starting from May 15, all types of schools at all levels in the city , kindergartens will resume classes in batches at staggered peaks. In order to ensure the seamless transition of students from online learning to offline learning, the relevant requirements and precautions for the resumption of primary and secondary schools in our city are now notified as follows. Please know:

From noon on May 14th, senior high school students in Zhaoyuan No. 1 Middle School, Zhaoyuan No. 2 Middle School, Zhaoyuan No. 9 Middle School, Yantai Mechanical Engineering School and Yantai All grades of Huangjin Vocational College have lifted the campus closed management, and high school students have gone home to rest. On the morning of May 15th, all students in ordinary high schools and vocational colleges returned to school in batches at staggered times.

On May 16, junior high school students in compulsory education schools will return to school in batches at staggered times; on May 18, primary school students in compulsory education schools will return to school in batches at staggered times; on May 23 On the same day, kindergarten students returned to school in batches at staggered times.

On May 25, students from junior high schools, primary schools, and kindergartens in Jinling Town returned to school in batches at staggered times.

Schools that return to school or lift fully closed management strictly implement relatively closed campus management.

Resuming school and classes is our top priority. Currently, the verification of conditions for resumption of schooling at all levels and types of schools is proceeding in an orderly manner. Education and sports, health, market supervision, public security, transportation and other departments are working together to ensure the safe return to school of the children, including campus epidemic prevention and control, food safety management, campus and surrounding security, traffic order maintenance and other guarantees. Create a "green umbrella". The school is our common family, and the students are our only children. We are making all preparations before resuming school with heart, affection, and thoroughness.

Before the resumption of school, schools affected by the epidemic have carried out terminal disinfection, and all schools have carried out comprehensive, full-coverage, preventive disinfection and campus cleaning without blind spots. Key places and key parts of the school will be sampled and tested before resuming school, and they can be used only if the results are normal. The Education and Sports Bureau has set up a resumption verification team to conduct a comprehensive verification of the resumption conditions of schools planning to resume school. Only schools that pass the verification can resume school.

After classes resume, the school kindergarten will fully clean and disinfect key places in the school and strictly disinfect key areas every day. Strictly implement the system of opening doors and windows for ventilation and disinfection, and specify the responsible personnel, disinfection time and frequency of disinfection.

After the resumption of classes, the school will implement a relatively closed campus management, strictly control those who really need to enter the campus, and prohibit non-essential outsiders from entering the campus. Strictly manage leave requests for boarding students. When students go out, they must go back and forth from point to point, reasonably arrange travel routes and modes, and take personal protection in accordance with relevant regulations.

We will continue to implement nucleic acid testing requirements. Strictly implement the requirements for students, faculty and staff who enter the school to check and accept all requests.

Students will undergo nucleic acid testing three times for three consecutive days after entering school. Starting from the fourth day of resumption of school, students will be tested at a rate of 50% every day, covering all students every two days. Children of key groups will be tested every day; faculty and staff will be tested once a day; the school Sampling and testing of the environment are carried out every day, covering all places and key parts where teachers and students come into daily contact.

Parents and friends, you are the first barrier to your child’s health. When picking up your children from school, please be on time, do not arrive early, do not linger, do not gather, wear a mask, and pick up and go. If students and people living with *** are notified of quarantine, please report to the class teacher within 2 hours of receiving the notification so that the school can report it in time. Parents are encouraged to adhere to the principle of "don't stay away unless necessary, don't gather unless necessary, and don't shop online unless necessary" and take personal protection. When the safety of epidemic prevention and control cannot be ensured, students will not be allowed to participate in off-campus training classes to reduce the risk of epidemic spread.

Those who have been diagnosed as COVID-19 cases, asymptomatic infected persons or suspected cases, who are subject to centralized isolation, home isolation and home health monitoring, as well as those who are still in the epidemic prevention and control sealed and controlled areas, Not returning to school for the time being; those who have a history of traveling to high-risk areas for epidemic prevention and control or a history of contact with confirmed cases, asymptomatic infections, suspected cases, etc., and who have been under medical observation must be issued a "Notification of Lifting Isolation and Observation" by the medical observation management unit , return to school after the school reports to the competent department for approval; if you have abnormal symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, etc., you will not return to school temporarily; after being diagnosed and ruled out of new coronavirus pneumonia by a designated medical institution, the hospital will provide a diagnosis certificate, and the symptoms will disappear and the body will recover before returning Returning to school while sick is strictly prohibited. When returning to school, the school must check the negative nucleic acid test certificates within 48 hours of teachers, students, employees and their co-residents.
