Where is Lianyungang Zoo?

Lianyungang Zoo is located in Xinpu Park, Lianyungang City, south of Xinpu Old Town, south of Longhai Pedestrian Street, west of Antarctic Road, west of Yanhe River and south of Hailian Road.

Xinpu Park is the earliest city park in Lianyungang. Built in 1956, it covers an area of 1 10 mu, including 16. 17 mu of water and 93.82 mu of land.

1963 Open to the public for fun. The east gate of the park faces two tall cedars. The flower beds on both sides of the road in full of green are full of flowers in all seasons. The 30-mu artificial lake is sparkling, and the rivers and willows on the shore of the lake dance with the wind. Qiqi Bridge is on the lake, and the waterside pavilion in Jinan is low in the forest. Sitting in the pavilion, you can drink tea and see the surrounding landscape and the reflection of the waves reflected on the water.

Looking northeast, there is a dirt mountain made of silt from a dredging pond. The trees on the mountain are lush and not high, which is convenient for sightseeing. Huating Pavilion, built in 1987, is an antique comprehensive landscape garden complex imitating the architectural structure of Qing Dynasty and the layout of Jiangnan gardens. Covering an area of 1 hectare, it is divided into two courtyards, east and west, with exposed tiles running through the wall. There are pavilions, buildings, pavilions, corridors, pavilions, ponds, arch bridges, rockeries, pines, bamboos, exotic flowers and plants, bonsai and so on.
