Truly realize that colleges and universities all over the country can widely carry out activities such as serving the children of migrant workers, post-disaster reconstruction services, educational assistance, medical services, supporting agriculture through science and technology, performing arts, legal aid, and social investigation. In order to concentrate strength, give full play to advantages and demonstrate leadership, 800 key service teams will be organized nationwide this year.

1. Hundreds of college students practice service group in Scientific Outlook on Development. Organize college students to go deep into the grassroots, combine the central government's strategic decision on changing the mode of economic development and the reality of grassroots development, and widely publicize the scientific connotation, spiritual essence and fundamental requirements of Scientific Outlook on Development around the ecological constraints of resources, environment and China's development, so as to enhance the awareness and ability to promote scientific development. 3. Two hundred college students went to the disaster area to practice the service group. Organize 150 post-earthquake reconstruction service group, further implement the long-term mechanism of counterpart assistance determined after Wenchuan earthquake, and go to Sichuan, Shaanxi and Gansu earthquake-stricken areas to provide medical and health services, cultural education, post-disaster reconstruction and other services for the masses. 6. Hundreds of college students' primary medical and health service groups.
