Spirited Away, what's the little detail that you haven't noticed?

I think the movie Spirited Away has the following details.

Horrible "human flesh shop"

In the film, a shop appeared in the picture of about 7 minutes and 52 seconds. The shop walls are mottled and painted with the words "flesh and blood". It should look like a butcher shop. But a closer look shows that the signboard actually says "human flesh"!

The benefits of this company are contract system, room and board, performance bonus and punching in and out. Frogs working in it seem to be our contemporary social animals ... On the blackboard where Chihiro and Xiaoling punch in at work, there is a slogan: "Be diligent, don't be forced to ask people frogs" (meaning to ask employees to work hard). Do you feel the rigorous corporate culture of this company?

There is one small detail. On the little red paper next to the blackboard, there is a marriage advertisement: a healthy frog asks for communication and a female frog asks for communication. It seems that it is quite difficult to find a job in this company.
