(1) Understand the theme, content, leaders, guests and process of the meeting. Determine the needs of Party A, such as which leaders need to shoot and which processes need to shoot.

(2) Bring appropriate cameras, lenses, batteries, flashlights and other equipment. The most important thing in conference photography is recording, so the focusing speed of the camera should be stored fast enough. It doesn't matter if the lens is zoomed, the lens size has become a dog's head. The key is that the focal length must be within reach. SLR or not, take at least two batteries just in case.

(3) If the lighting environment is not good, the flash must be brought. However, use flash as little as possible, because it will cause some interference to the meeting, so the high-sensitivity image quality of the camera is also very important.

2, camera parameter settings: mainly small aperture, the higher the shutter speed, the better. Focus and photometry must be placed on human face, and continuous shooting and RAW should be used as much as possible.

3, composition and scenery and angle:

(1) The composition must be balanced, and there can be no problems such as image tilt and edge composition. If there is a leader in the picture, the composition should focus on the leader.

(2) The grand scene of the whole venue must be filmed, that is, the distant view (panorama). The front row of the whole venue or the rows where the leaders sit must be filmed, that is, the middle scene. Then the most important thing is to take pictures of the leader's whole body or half body, that is, close-ups and close-ups.

(3) The angles are mostly front and side (45), the front is basically omnipotent, the side (45) is most suitable for local close-ups, and the side (45) can prevent people's faces from being blocked by the microphone.
