How do you cook pickles?

1. Wash radish skin, dry the moisture on the skin surface, cut into pieces, sprinkle with 3 spoonfuls of salt, stir well, and let stand 1 hour;

2. After1hour, remove the excess water, dry the radish with water pressure, put it in a salting bottle, squeeze out the water and put 3 spoonfuls of sugar;

3. 1 tbsp of brown sugar, 3 tbsp of vinegar and 5 tbsp of soy sauce and mix well.

4. Cover it and let it sit for a day ~ (room temperature in winter, best refrigerator in summer)
