During the use of gas, it is prohibited to dismantle, modify, relocate, or install indoor pipeline gas facilities without authorization; without justifiable reasons, you must not refuse to enter the home for safety inspection, and you must not refuse to rectify the hidden gas safety hazards; in addition, , it is prohibited to install or use gas equipment that has been eliminated by the state and this city or has exceeded its service life. The revised draft proposes that these serious illegal gas consumption behaviors will be ordered by the comprehensive law enforcement department of urban management to make corrections within a time limit; if corrections are not made within the time limit, non-resident users will be fined not less than 10,000 yuan but not more than 100,000 yuan; and residential users will be fined not more than 1,000 yuan. .
