What is the specific process of bidding?

3. Bid preparation. After the registration is completed and the bidding documents are obtained, you need to study the bidding documents carefully, be familiar with the contents and related requirements of the bidding documents, pay attention to the time schedule of the bidding documents and handle them as required. If there are any matters such as site reconnaissance and answering questions, they should participate in the handling as required; When preparing the tender as required, we must pay attention to the complete content of the tender, and the signature and seal cannot be omitted. 4. Bidding. Relevant personnel shall sign in according to the time requirement, complete relevant documents, observe the discipline on site, sing the bid as required, wait for the arrangement, carefully record the bid opening, know yourself and wait for the winning result.

5. Tender summary. After each bid is completed, whether it is successful or not, it should be summarized to see if there are any mistakes and good practices for future bidding reference. If you win the bid, you should handle the bid-winning notice, sign the contract and organize the construction (or supply) according to the requirements of the bidding documents. If the bid is not won, the bid bond will be returned as required.
