Article 14 Road signs, house signs, tram stop signs, traffic signs, traffic guard towers, street light poles, substation booths, fire hydrants, traffic guardrails, sanitation facilities, etc. must be kept clean and intact and must not hinder the city's appearance. Article 15 Political activities on festival days require the hanging of slogans, banners and other promotional materials, which must be backed by cloth, sewn firmly and removed promptly after the event. Article 16 No parking lot shall be set up arbitrarily without approval. All kinds of motor vehicles should be kept in good condition and clean. If the car body is seriously damaged and deformed, it is not allowed to drive in the urban area. Chapter 3 Environmental Sanitation Management Article 17 Division of Environmental Sanitation Management of Streets, Squares and Markets:

Article 18 All units and individuals must abide by the following regulations:
