Funing County is one of the 12 national-level first-class flood control counties in Yunnan Province, " "Preventing major floods, rescuing major risks, and responding to sudden geological disasters" are arduous tasks. The geological disaster emergency drill situation in the comprehensive drill is now reported as follows.

1. Purpose and significance

Geological disasters are sudden and even unpredictable. Doing a good job in the prevention and control of geological disasters is an important manifestation of conscientiously implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development and adhering to people-oriented and governing for the people. It is a basic requirement for solving people's livelihood problems, a basic guarantee for my country's modernization drive, and an important step in fulfilling the government's social responsibilities and public duties. *Important content of service functions. Funing County is one of the areas hardest hit by geological disasters in Wenshan Prefecture. There are 117 geological hazard hidden danger spots in the county and 54 geological disaster hidden danger spots that pose a threat to residents. It threatens 2,884 people in 745 households, including 29 important monitoring hidden danger points in 2011. At present, it is the main flood season when geological disasters are frequent, and it is of particular significance to carry out geological disaster emergency drills.

2. Tasks of the drill

The task of this geological disaster emergency plan drill is: to prevent landslide hazards in Renhe Village Group, Xinxing Community, Xinhua Town, Funing County, which are exposed to continuous rainfall, heavy rainfall and other factors. In case of emergencies that may cause landslides, the "Funing County Emergency Plan for Geological Disasters" will be launched in a timely manner, and through disaster prevention and reduction drills, Funing County's emergency response capabilities to sudden geological disasters will be further improved, and the public's awareness of prevention will be improved. Awareness of disaster avoidance, the ability to evacuate quickly, orderly and safely in the event of a disaster, minimizing the losses caused by geological disasters, further improving the public safety accident emergency plans of various departments, and safeguarding the safety of people's lives and property.

IV. Exercise background

The landslide in Renhe Village Group, Xinhua Town, is located on the left side of the village. The landslide was formed in June 2006. An obvious tensile crack group can be seen on the left side of the village. And the cracks have basically penetrated, with the overall direction of the cracks being 210°, about 320 meters long, and 10 to 50 millimeters wide; since September 2010, continuous rainfall (heavy rain, heavy rain) and other factors have caused the cracks to expand significantly. The Xiang landslide is in the process of accelerated deformation and has the possibility of overall instability, directly threatening the lives and property safety of a total of 287 people at the Renhe Village Group above the landslide and the Funing County Expressway Toll Station below the landslide.

This landslide hazard point has a "disaster prevention plan" compiled, and the people at risk have a "disaster prevention and risk avoidance clear card".
