Introduction to Asian Games diving events
Asian Games diving is an important event in the Asian Games, including multiple events and categories. The Asian Games diving events include different heights and events such as 1-meter, 3-meter and 10-meter springboard, as well as different categories such as pairs competition.

Competition Rules
Based on the take-off direction and action structure, platform diving is divided into 6 groups of movements: forward, backward, reflexive, inward, turn and arm stand. In the single diving competition, the referee evaluates the score based on the athlete's approach (i.e. walking board, treadmill), take-off, aerial movements and water entry movements. The athlete with the highest score wins. In the synchronized diving competition, the referee evaluates the scores based on how well the two athletes complete the actions and the synchronicity of the two athletes. The team with the highest score wins.
