How to write a disinfection record sheet

The method of filling in the disinfection record form is as follows:

1. Create and open the excel table of disinfection record table of individual clinic.

2. Enter "Disinfection Record Form of Individual Clinic" in the first line and display it in the middle.

3. Enter the contents of the header, including date, disinfection operation area, disinfection supplies, disinfection method, start time, end time, operator and supervisor.
