The first time I walked into Ankang Sunshine School, it was the musical instrument training in the classroom. 20 18 12 13 I came to Sunshine School for the third time and participated in the "Ankang Special Education (Compulsory Education Section) Curriculum Standard Training". This training gave me an all-round understanding of the children and teachers in Sunshine School: politeness, sunshine, love, professionalism and persistence.

? This activity lasted for three days. First, the opening ceremony (the establishment and awarding ceremony of the municipal special education group) was held, and the experience of special education schools was exchanged from the aspects of management, resource allocation, education and scientific research. Then four teachers of Sunshine School made a detailed analysis and interpretation of the language of school life, mathematics, the rhythm of compulsory education and the cultivation of art curriculum standards in deaf schools. Let us have a clear understanding of national laws and regulations, education policies and the implementation of special education in schools.

Every time I come to Sunshine School, I have different understandings and feelings. Sunny winter, clean and tidy campus, enthusiastic teachers, smiling polite classmates, these two days have been thinking about how to express my inner feelings until the end of the three-day activity. After returning home, I decided to record the story of sunshine and love from three aspects: interesting classroom, happy study and special feelings I deeply felt.

Interesting class masterpieces

? As we know, the classroom is the main position for teachers' professional development and personal cultivation. This time, I was fortunate enough to listen to three different types of teaching classes, and I felt the uniqueness of the special education classroom from the roll call. Song Hongmei, the head teacher of oral math class 3, and Zhang Ming, the head teacher of preschool group for deaf children, stopped their mouths when they called the roll, so that students could pay attention to their names and see who could hear them correctly. ?

Teacher Lei Yusha of Qizhi Class 1 sang while beating drums when taking roll call in the singing and rhythm class, and called on the students to knock and sing in response. The teacher sang "1234567 where is Tang Xiaojie, where is it, where is it, where is Tang Xiaojie".

As soon as the students heard it, they took the drum stick in the teacher's hand and sang "Tang Xiaojie is here, here, Tang Xiaojie is here" while beating the drum.

? I'm confused by two different ways of roll call. Only after asking the teacher did I know that the children in the oral class could hardly hear it, mainly because the voice was defective and the language expression was unclear. They can't hear the rhythm of the music, but they can feel the drums. Deaf children's classes are basically equipped with hearing AIDS or cochlear implants. All have undergone scientific rehabilitation training. They can know what the teacher said through the teacher's gestures, mouth shape and voice, block their mouths, and let students develop good listening habits and conduct listening training.

Teacher Zhang Ming created the situation of "birthday party" and set the listening goal, speech goal and emotional goal for the children. In the activity, Ms Finger was rewarded. In the small activity of "How to eat a lady's fingers", the children were trained to alternately move their jaws up and down and relax their facial muscles, thus improving the flexibility of oral movement, preparing for pronunciation and enhancing their interest in learning.

? Teacher Zhang's pronunciation training runs through the whole game teaching. Under the guidance of Teacher Zhang, children can perceive the airflow with a mirror through auditory description, learn pronunciation methods, and perceive the color and shape of objects with various senses such as vision and touch. Finally, they can use "red" and "circle" to describe the characteristics of objects and achieve the ability to speak sentences.

Although classes are different, teachers simulate life situations, carefully design classroom habits and skills training, but they are all open teaching that combines book knowledge with life practice to solve children's life problems. After several years of rehabilitation training, the two children can go to kindergarten with normal children. The children are pure and lovely, pure and enthusiastic. I reviewed what I had learned in front of them again and asked them if the teacher was great. They all gave me a thumbs up. A beautiful girl said, "Teacher, you are so cute." The next morning, when I saw my little teachers again, they all greeted me happily. I think we both planted beautiful seeds in each other's hearts.

? I learned a few words of sign language, and the training these days has gained a lot. I met students in hairdressing, manicure and makeup in the skills training class, and I praised them one by one. When their instructor asked them if they would like to give me a manicure and makeup, two beautiful girls were very happy. I also happily became their model, enjoying their skillful professional skills, especially the girl in charge of makeup. She was not only deaf, but also lost a hand because of electric shock. The Bible says, "When God closes this door, he will open another door for you." She opened another door for herself with tenacious will.

Bing Xin said: "There is not a flower in the world that is not beautiful, and there is not a child that is not lovely. Because every child has a rich and beautiful inner world. " ? Her spirit of self-improvement and sunny attitude touched the teacher and infected her classmates. Wu Shun, the rhythm class of the school, took her as the prototype and created the dance "Sunshine is Your Wing", which won many awards.

? A headmaster with special feelings

? A United, friendly, harmonious and warm campus, a group of teachers with high literacy and high skills, and a group of happy, lovely, sunny and polite students benefit from a visionary, loving and responsible principal. Every time he comes to Sunshine School for training, President Hu Jianjun personally leads the teachers to listen to lectures and do a good job in serving the trainers. His words and deeds subtly influence and inspire the people around him, and are deeply loved by teachers and students. His positive sunshine and approachable smile also made the trainers feel cordial and warm, and more importantly, he was impressed, admired, moved and grateful for his professionalism.

Children in Sunshine School go to school for free, and he personally asks about their food, clothing, housing and transportation. Try every means to enrich the teacher's life. During the training break, he walks as fast as a fly and moves quickly. He personally presided over the forum to discuss the implementation of special education, which was thoughtful. I listened carefully and recorded the reports and requests of more than 20 teachers in various counties and districts, and also commented on the replies one by one, giving affirmation and guidance to the work of "studying in regular classes and sending teachers to the door" for special children in ordinary schools. He hopes that everyone will do more publicity and communicate with parents. He hopes that parents dare to face their children's shortcomings, let them receive special education, carry out rehabilitation training as soon as possible, and don't miss the best learning period.
