How are the grades in the clean room distinguished?

Dust-free workshops can be divided into the following levels: Level 1, Level 100, Level 1,000, Level 10,000, Level 100,000, Level 300,000, and Level 1 million.

Controlling the number of dust particles smaller than 0.5 micron in size to less than 3,500 particles per cubic meter will achieve Class A of the international dust-free standard. The dust-free standards currently used in chip-level production and processing have higher dust requirements than Class A. Such high standards are mainly used in the production of some higher-level chips. The number of fine dust is strictly controlled within 1,000 particles per cubic meter, which is commonly known as level 1,000 in the industry.
