Methods/steps

First, let's make baskets outside the flower baskets. First, take out the paper cup, stick double-sided tape on two-thirds of the paper cup, and then carefully wrap the lower two-thirds of the paper cup with colored paper.

Cut the unwrapped parts of the paper cup one by one with scissors, and then lay it flat, just like a sunflower.
