This plan is specially formulated.

Actively publicize the excellent model of campus unity, care and harmony, do a good job of positive guidance, and build excellent teaching spirit, school spirit, class spirit and study style.

2. Strengthen education. All schools should earnestly strengthen the education of socialist core values and Chinese excellent traditional virtues for primary and secondary school students, implement the Code for Primary and Secondary School Students, and strengthen the education of good behavior habits for primary and secondary school students. Efforts should be made to strengthen legal education, so that students can fully realize that bullying others is not only an extremely wrong immoral behavior, but also will bear corresponding legal responsibilities for the consequences. It is necessary to carry out special education in the form of speeches under the national flag, school meetings, reports, theme class meetings, essay competitions, lectures, etc., so that students can get into their minds and not bully the weak and fear the hard. It is necessary for students to establish a sense of self-protection, learn to protect themselves with legal weapons, and resolutely fight against bullying people and things. 3. Supervision and guidance. The balance center should strengthen the guidance and inspection of the schools under its jurisdiction to carry out special governance in school bullying. Responsible inspectors should supervise the whole process of school special governance in the responsible area, communicate with the main person in charge of the school in time when problems are found, make records and report to the county education Committee and the county education supervision office in time according to procedures.

Third, the job requirements

(2) Strict work supervision. (3) Strengthen emergency duty. All balance centers and schools should strengthen emergency duty, improve emergency plans, implement the system of leading classes and cadres on duty, maintain necessary standby forces, and prepare for emergency treatment at any time. In the event of an emergency, it is necessary to quickly start the plan, properly handle it, and report it in time as required.
