What is the third check?

"Three checks" means checking thoughts, checking styles and checking implementation.

"Think twice" means thinking deeply about "what is people's satisfaction education and how to do it well"; Think deeply about "what is the development of educational science and how to realize it"; Think deeply about "what kind of people to train and how to train".

"Three Questions" means asking why you joined the Party, what you do as a cadre, and what you can leave for future generations.

In order to further improve the overall quality of cadres and effectively solve the outstanding problems in the style of cadres, in accordance with the unified arrangements of the provincial party Committee and the municipal party Committee, the city has carried out centralized rectification of the style of government cadres. Through the first stage of serious study, I have the following experiences and understandings on centralized rectification of cadres' work style:

Through the first stage of study, I fully realized that some incorrect ideas must be completely changed and cadres' sense of service and responsibility should be enhanced. Treat migrant workers in enterprises, counties and grass-roots units sincerely, always put yourself in the other's shoes, analyze problems from the other side's point of view, answer questions raised and difficulties encountered, and really think about them; Memorize and use the civil service code, standardize our service words and deeds with the code, and abide by the rules and regulations of the Bureau of Commerce. When communicating with enterprises, counties and the masses, we should be warm and polite, patient and meticulous, have a gentle attitude, patiently answer their questions, help them solve their difficulties wholeheartedly, and effectively change the "three difficulties" style of government agencies, which is difficult to enter, ugly to face and difficult to handle. We should emancipate our minds, blaze new trails, study business knowledge hard, be familiar with and master laws, policies and regulations concerning foreign trade and economic cooperation, effectively change our concepts and work styles, and constantly improve service quality, work efficiency and service level.

Maintaining a good work style is the basic and natural requirement of the state and the people for civil servants. Maintain a good work style, start from dribs and drabs, consciously practice, and implement the requirements of rectifying the style of government organs into daily specific work, otherwise it will not be considered a qualified public servant.

The guiding ideology, basic principles and objectives of this centralized rectification of cadres' work style are as follows: guided by the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the "Theory of Three Represents" theory, taking the "four disciplines" and "eight requirements" of the Central Political Commissar as the standards, taking solving the outstanding problems existing in the current construction of cadres' work style as the breakthrough point, persisting in focusing on learning and education, relying on the masses, and taking opening the door as a supplement to correct and promote the work rectification, and striving to make cadres' ideological style, study style and work. Further adhere to and carry forward the Party's fine tradition and style of integrating theory with practice and seeking truth from facts, keep in mind the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, enhance ideological and theoretical level, political awareness, overall awareness and sense of responsibility, establish a correct outlook on life, values and world outlook, persist in seeking truth from facts, work hard and be close to reality, fully understand the importance and necessity of this centralized rectification of cadres' style, conscientiously do a good job in rectification, and strive to create a new situation in work.

Each of us should start from now on, from ourselves, from small things, carefully check our ideological style, study style, work style and life style, find problems, improve in time, and contribute to the development of commercial undertakings in the city with good work style and pioneering spirit!
