About the security inspection during the Olympic Games!

On the morning of July 14th, 28, BOCOG held a press conference in the press center for non-registered journalists of Beijing Olympic Games and Paralympic Games, and officially announced the Rules for Watching Olympic Venues for Beijing Olympic Games and Paralympic Games.

The Rules for Watching Games in Olympic Venues is an important watching policy issued by BOCOG to the audience according to the preparation requirements of the International Olympic Committee, which is of great significance for maintaining the safety of Olympic venues and the order of watching games. In the Rules for Watching Olympic Games in Olympic Venues issued by BOCOG, there are 22 provisions on restricting items and behaviors, and 4 provisions on prohibiting items and behaviors, which are basically the same as those of Sydney and Athens Olympic Games. The Rules for Watching Games in Olympic Venues explains the specific requirements for watching games to the audience in friendly, euphemistic, concise and easy-to-understand language, which is not only strictly and clearly stipulated, but also fully embodies the characteristics of humanistic care.

BOCOG has also formulated the Measures for the Implementation of the Rules for Watching Games in Olympic Venues, which provides operational guidance for staff to implement the rules in a unified, standardized, flexible and proper manner and deal with various phenomena. From August, 27 to May, 28, we tested the feasibility and applicability of "Rules for Watching Games in Olympic Venues" and its implementation methods in the Lucky Beijing series of sports events, which also won the understanding and general support of the audience.

Zhang Zhenliang, deputy director of the Volunteer Department of the Olympic Organizing Committee and director of the Olympic Audience Call Center, specially reminded the audience that before going to the Olympic venues to watch the games, they should carefully read the relevant regulations in the rules for watching the games and make good preparations for watching the games, so that the audience can enjoy the Olympic games more smoothly and happily.

Rules for Watching Games in Olympic Venues

1. In order to maintain a safe, civilized and orderly environment for watching games in venues, these rules are formulated in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, the relevant contract provisions of the International Olympic Committee and the Paralympic Games, and with reference to the practice of previous Olympic Games.

2. these rules apply to ticket holders of the Olympic and paralympic games, but not to registered personnel of the Olympic and paralympic games.

iii. these rules mainly include restricted articles, restricted behaviors, prohibited articles and behaviors.

4. Restricted articles refer to articles whose carrying or use will be restricted in the venues, although they do not violate the law, but do not conform to the relevant management policies of the Olympic Games or Paralympic Games. Visitors are advised not to bring such articles to the venues. The spectator service and security personnel at the security gate will inspect the restricted articles and deal with them according to the implementation methods of the rules for watching the Olympic venues.

Restricted items mainly include the following contents:

1. Soft and hard packaged drinks and food. 2. Fragile articles and various containers, including but not limited to glasses, thermos cups, kettles, lunch boxes, etc. 3. Musical instruments, including but not limited to playing musical instruments and whistling. 4. Emergency watchband, which is inconvenient to bring into the seating area, such as bags, mobile phone belts and other personal belongings. 5. Flags and flagpoles of countries not participating in the Olympic and Paralympic Games with a length of more than 2 meters or a width of more than 1 meter. 6. Any banners, slogans and leaflets, including but not limited to commercial, religious, political, military, territorial, human rights, environmental protection, animal protection and other publicity materials and exhibits. 7. Any unauthorized professional camera equipment. 8. Sharp objects such as knives, bats, long sticks, umbrellas with long handles, cameras and camera brackets or items that are easy to cause personal injury. 9, lighters, matches and other ignition devices. 1. Animals other than guide dogs. 11. Any means of transportation other than strollers and wheelchairs, including but not limited to electric bicycles, scooters, bicycles, scooters, skateboards and roller skates. Unauthorized walkie-talkies, amplifiers, radios, laser devices, radio equipment and other items that interfere with the electronic signals of the Olympic Games.

v. restrictive behavior. It refers to the behavior that does not violate the law, but does not conform to the relevant management policies of the Olympic Games or Paralympic Games, and may interfere with the order of venues, the environment of the stadium, athletes or other spectators. The venue staff will deal with this kind of behavior according to the implementation method of the rules for watching the Olympic venues.

Restrictive behavior mainly includes the following contents:

1. Incorrect seating. 2. Smoking in the non-smoking area. 3. Climb over the guardrail, step on the seat and throw objects at the competition venue and audience seats. 4. Bring a stroller or wheelchair into the non-barrier seating area. 5. Enter non-audience areas, such as VIP areas, work areas and competition venues. 6. Holding an umbrella in the seating area, standing for a long time and other behaviors that block others' sight or affect others' watching the game. 7. Unauthorized TV coverage or video recording with professional equipment in the venue. 8. Deliberately display and publicize business logos on clothing and personal belongings, collectively wear services with the same or similar designs, TINT or business logos, and deliberately display any company name, product, brand or image. 9. Any unauthorized publicity, promotion and exhibition activities, any fund-raising activities, and distribution of promotional items or products with corporate logos in venues. 1. Other behaviors that distract the attention of participating athletes, technical officials and coaches, affect the smooth progress of the competition or hinder others from watching the competition, including but not limited to taking photos with flash, obviously entering the venue in a drunken state, and disobeying personnel management.

VI. Prohibited articles and behaviors refer to articles and behaviors that violate the current laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. Once found, venue staff will immediately report to the security department for handling according to law. Articles and behaviors strictly prohibited in Olympic venues include:

1. Carrying guns, ammunition, crossbows, daggers and other control devices; Flammable materials such as fireworks, corrosive materials and radioactive materials, which are prohibited by laws and regulations of China. 2. Besiege referees, athletes or other staff. 3. Any form of gambling. 4. Any procession, sitting, demonstration, streaking and other acts that disturb the order of on-site activities and violate Chinese laws and regulations.

VII. These Rules shall be valid from August 1, 28 to September 17, 28.

VIII. The rules will be slightly different in implementation due to different venues and events, and the right to interpret them belongs to the Organizing Committee of the 29th Olympic Games.
