Russian 9M 13 1 hybrid -M anti-vehicle missile

The 9M 13 1 Hybrid -M missile is a portable anti-tank missile developed by Russia. 1992 entered the service, NATO code AT- 13 saxhorn -2.

"Hybrid" -M missile is easy to maneuver and carry quickly in urban warfare, and its destruction rate is high when attacking armored targets. It has the characteristics of multi-purpose and low cost, which is beneficial to the mass production of equipment.

"Hybrid" -M missile consists of launcher and barrel missile. The new launcher is equipped with advanced aiming system and electronic control equipment.

The main improvement projects include increasing the power of rocket engine, increasing the range from 1000m to 2000m, increasing the diameter of warhead to 130mm, and adopting tandem warhead and oil-gas warhead. A thermal imaging night vision device with cooling system is added.

The "hybrid" -M missile adopts semi-automatic command line-of-sight guidance, and the operational response time is 8~ 10 second. The attack power of the "hybrid" -M missile comes from two kinds of warheads. One is an improved 9M 13 1 missile, which uses a series of hollow charges weighing 4.6kg to deal with explosive reactive armor. After dismantling the reactive armor, it can penetrate the main armor with a thickness of 800 ~1000 mm. The other is an aerial bomb used to deal with bunkers and living forces. The fuel-air explosive warhead can deal with bunker targets, light armored targets and effective forces.
