All relevant county and district governments and relevant departments must be highly responsible for the safety of people's lives and property, fully understand the urgency and importance of the current geological disaster prevention and control work, and must maintain a high degree of vigilance without any slack. It is necessary to overcome the mentality of fluke and paralysis, always pay attention to weather changes, strengthen the leadership of geological disaster prevention and control work, further refine the disaster prevention and reduction plan, implement prevention and response measures, ensure that leadership, responsibility and measures are in place to ensure the prevention and control of geological disasters. The meeting requested that the city, county and district levels should continue to consolidate the four-level network system for geological disaster group detection and prevention, and mobilize the whole society, especially the people threatened by disasters, to actively participate in the prevention and control of geological disasters. All departments should promptly inform each other of rain, flood and disaster conditions to ensure timely warning and minimize losses caused by geological disasters. The municipal land and resources department should establish an emergency response team to ensure that it can rush to the scene in time after a disaster occurs, conduct geological disaster investigation and assessment, and provide governments at all levels with scientific and effective prevention and control plans.

2. Verify the registration in detail and do a good job in risk avoidance and relocation. The governments of the two districts are responsible for the relocation of residents in the urban Beishan landslide area. The land and resources departments of the two districts will take the lead to conduct detailed verification and registration of the areas that are in urgent need of relocation, find out the number of households to be relocated, and approve the relocation costs, in order to implement the relocation. All county and district governments, especially the two district governments, must conduct a comprehensive investigation of geological disaster hazard points within their jurisdiction, conduct project feasibility studies on extra-large, large and medium-sized geological hazard hazard points as early as possible, form complete information, and establish city-wide geological disaster projects database, and actively strive for provincial and national geological disaster management projects on an annual basis. 4. Strengthen team building and improve emergency monitoring institutions. All counties, districts and relevant departments should widely publicize geological disaster prevention and control to the whole society through issuing leaflets, posting slogans, setting up loudspeakers, holding various types of training courses or holding symposiums and other easy-to-understand and simple methods. The importance and necessity of the work and the basic knowledge of geological disaster prevention and control should be emphasized. The people in the hidden danger spots of geological disasters should understand the difference between geological disaster avoidance and relocation and commercial development and demolition, and actively cooperate with the government to prevent and control geological disasters.

They are Typical heavy rain-type geological disaster-prone and frequent areas. According to statistics from the geological disaster hazard investigation data in March this year, there are 667 geological hazard hazard points in the county, including 220 landslides, 431 collapses, 9 ground subsidences, and 7 debris flows, which are included in the county's key geological prevention and control sites. 2. Several tasks done by our bureau.

Under the guidance of our bureau, each township and town formulated corresponding disaster prevention plans in a timely manner in response to the prevention and control requirements of geological disaster hazard points within its jurisdiction, and implemented various prevention and control measures into daily work. This year, our bureau has supplemented and improved six working systems, including flood season duty for geological disaster prevention and control, disaster registration and quick reporting, flood season inspections, annual plan preparation, geological disaster target management, disaster avoidance clear cards, and group measurement and prevention. The early warning information notification network system has been improved, 124 village-level coordinators have been added, and 11 key geological disaster hidden danger points have been sent to group information forecast targets. Mines and highway construction have been included in the county's geological disaster prevention and control focus for prevention and control. Permanent liability warning signs have been set up at 30 relatively large geological disaster hazard points in the county, and cameras, raincoats, and flashlights have been purchased and equipped in various towns and villages, and hazard avoidance instructions have been issued to every village group and threatened farmer household in the county. Judging from the inspection results, all 16 towns and villages in the county have established and implemented a system for preventing and controlling earthquakes, compiled emergency plans for earthquakes, and established an emergency response team. The fourth is to actively carry out resettlement and relocation work for disaster relief. In order to effectively eliminate potential safety hazards from geological disasters, measures have been taken from passive defense to active avoidance. While doing a good job in geological disaster prevention, our county has combined new rural construction and village and town planning, and has planned the relocation of threatened farmers. 3. There are difficulties and problems. First, there is a serious shortage of funds for geological disaster prevention and control. The hidden danger points of geological disasters in our county cover a wide range and require a lot of management funds. It is very difficult to raise prevention and control funds. The main reason is that most of the geological disasters in our county are small-scale and it is difficult to obtain national or provincial and municipal project management funds. The local government's financial resources are very tight, and there is obviously insufficient funds for governance. At present, we have only obtained two funds for geological disaster prevention and control; the second is that early mineral development has caused increasingly serious geological disasters in our county. The county has a long history of mining resources. Early resource development made significant contributions to the country, but it also caused damage to the county's geography and ecological environment. The county currently has 61 licensed mines, 24 abandoned mines, and more than 100 waste rock and sand piles that have not been treated. Some sections can easily induce geological disasters such as landslides, debris flows, and subsidence; thirdly, high-speed construction has provided a good foundation for our county. Bringing a lot of hidden dangers of geological disasters. The expressway covers 50.8 kilometers in our county. Because our county is a mountainous county, there are many viaducts and tunnels under construction, which has caused particularly serious damage to the natural ecology and geographical environment. It has created many new geological hazards and hidden danger points, causing geological disasters in our county. Prevention and control work brings more difficult pressure; fourth, there is a lack of professional and technical personnel for geological disaster prevention and control. At present, our county does not yet have a professional team with qualifications for geological disaster survey, design, and management, and the scientific and technological level of predicting and preventing geological disasters is low; fifth, funds for geological disaster prevention and control have not yet been implemented. Subsidies for the prevention and control work of village coordinators and key geological disaster monitors have not been paid in place. Sixth, the problem of building houses on slopes is serious.
