College students’ experience of visiting companies:

Production internship is an important part of university internship. The school attaches great importance to it and approves a large amount of funds every year to arrange for students to go there. Visits to various factories for internships can increase students' knowledge, consolidate textbook knowledge, let us understand some basic operating processes of the factory, and lay a solid foundation for our future study and work.

Three weeks before the start of the semester, the department arranged for us to visit China Yituo in Luoyang for internships and participate in production internships, which allowed us to learn a lot of knowledge.

Knowledge is the ladder of human progress, and learning knowledge is not just about obtaining it from books, but the important thing is to experience it. Theoretical knowledge is often too standardized. If you only rely on mastering theory without any practical experience, it will actually have no practical effect. Things in reality are often ever-changing, and its application to solve specific situations is mostly dogmatic. The general requirements for college students to conduct production internships are: to understand the society and get in touch with reality to enhance the public perspective, professionalism and sense of responsibility, improve ideological awareness, consolidate the theories learned, and obtain preliminary practical knowledge of the major , in order to cultivate practical work ability and professional skills. Based on this principle and combined with the training objectives of mechanical engineering majors, the following specific requirements are put forward:

1) Be fully familiar with the manufacturing and assembly processes of mechanical products and various applicable technical documents.

2) In-depth analysis of the machining process of typical parts and the assembly process of their associated components. .

3) Focus on understanding the working principles, structural characteristics and scope of application of the equipment and tooling (fixtures, cutting tools, measuring tools, auxiliary tools) used in typical parts processing. It can analyze the positioning and clamping of some special fixtures in key processes, and calculate the positioning error.

2. Internship requirements

1. Safety education

The teacher showed us production safety records and accident cases, some precautions and bloody cases. Although I was very scared and didn’t dare to listen or read, I couldn’t. After all, no one can afford it if the accident happens. On September 11, XX, we arrived in Luoyang Yituo smoothly. After everything was arranged, we went shopping and looked at this beautiful city. Everything was new to us. Unlike Jiaozuo, it is more beautiful than Jiaozuo. Cultural charm, and then we were ready to eat. We looked for things to eat that were not available in Jiaozuo, and then returned to our residence to wait for the safety education in the afternoon.

The only way to eliminate these safety hazards is to strictly abide by the factory's safety requirements. The main precautions are:

2. Internship content

Consolidate the theoretical knowledge we have learned, and let us learn more about what is in the textbooks. The knowledge that cannot be learned increases our knowledge. During the internship, we understand some basic operating processes of the factory, have a preliminary understanding of the structure of the machine tool, its processing methods and control methods, and have a better understanding of the processing technology of some parts. A detailed understanding lays a good foundation for future jobs. Of course, it is more important for us to consolidate the theoretical knowledge we usually learn and understand how much we have really learned, so as to make up for our shortcomings.

The long-awaited internship week has ended. Although it only lasted less than 7 hours, I still felt deeply. As a mathematics and physics student who chose the direction of software, I had only studied various basic mathematics and a basic C language before that. I was relatively confused about my major and future. Our understanding of the corporate working environment is limited to the neatly distributed desktop computers in office buildings in various film and television works, and the white-collar workers sitting on chairs typing away on the keyboard. The understanding of interpersonal relationships and business etiquette in the enterprise is only superficial knowledge of shaking hands and wearing suits when meeting. Now, my understanding of future work has been raised to a higher level. Below, I elaborate on my understanding and gains from the three internships:

1. Visit to Rongji Enterprise:

On the way: We got on the bus at 8:14 and set off towards Rongji. The beautiful green scenery along the way made me a little regretful? Why did I stay in the dormitory every day, but missed the man-made beauty on the street outside the campus! Of course, the greenery in the software park is even more amazing!

Rongji Cultural Wall: When we arrived at the building where Rongji was located, it looked ordinary on the outside. When we entered the lobby, we saw Rongji’s corporate culture wall. What is told on the wall is the development history, development direction and corporate cultural identity of Rongji Enterprises. There is also a wall full of various honors that Rongji Enterprises has received over the years. These honors are hung all over the wall. Rongji’s requirements for employees are to be loyal to the company and to be serious and responsible in their work.

Introduction to Rongji’s corporate culture: The staff took us to the conference room on the third floor, invited us to sit down, and the HR manager introduced us to Rongji’s corporate culture. The conference room was very spacious, and the manager showed us a documentary about the company's development over the past 20 years, as well as an introduction to corporate culture. Then he began to introduce in detail the founding to prosperity of Rongji Enterprise. Up to now, he has gone through it step by step, extending the conventional life span of the software industry and escaping the fate of premature maturity and premature aging. It made me have a good impression of this great leader in the software industry.

Visit the studio: After listening to the manager’s various introductions, the staff took us to visit the staff studio on the second floor. When I first entered, I felt that the room was quite spacious, but a bit dark. The sun was shining that day, but inside the house it felt like there might be dark clouds outside.

The spacious room is not very decorated, just a few desks are placed randomly, maybe for the convenience of communication! The room is very quiet, and there are a few desks with computers on them but no one is sitting on them. According to the staff, in order to make software products that meet the needs of the enterprise, some employees need to go to the enterprise to work on projects directly, and their work and rest hours follow the schedule of the client enterprise. After leaving the studio, everyone generally thought that the studio was too depressing.

Understanding again: Back in the conference room, we learned some more about the situation from the staff. The staff said: Every year, the company recruits a group of junior interns to intern and study in the company. After graduation, some of them will be promoted to full-time employees. Of course, the recruitment of interns must also be screened through examinations. The company's ground floor is equipped with ping-pong tables, hanging sandbags and other equipment for employees to have fun after work. Usually, when you are irritable at work, you can play table tennis or sandbags. From time to time, the company also organizes some activities, such as football games, mountain climbing, swimming, travel, etc., which are helpful for employees to relieve their irritability.

Back to school: I glanced at the beautiful scenery on the street again, but I lost interest. When I returned to school, it was already 12 o'clock.

2. Preliminary understanding of writing Android applications in JAVA language:

Preparation before class: Around 6:30, I hurried to the computer room, only to realize that it was too early. So, I turned on a computer (the one next to me was already open, not sure if anyone had reserved it) and opened a typing game to practice typing. Waiting for the teacher to arrive. After a while, the teacher came. The time was 7:50.

Four mobile phone operating systems: In the formal class, the teacher first gave us a general introduction to the differences between the four main operating systems of smartphones: using the Three Kingdoms comparison to represent the four systems, Android is for Cao Wei, and iPhone is for Dong. JAVA writing environment and Android application development: The teacher sent us a compressed package and taught us step by step how to install the JAVA development virtual machine JDK and the JAVA development environment Eclipse. Since Eclipse is a supplementary software, you can write plug-ins and install them to supplement the corresponding functions of Eclipse. Virtual machine test of Android application: After understanding the above content, the teacher personally demonstrated to us the virtual machine test of the Tank Battle game program. Although the process was a bit stuck, we were still very interested in watching it.

Regrettably: Although this class is rich in content and the operation content attracts me, it is a pity that every time I want to decompress the compressed package, the computer freezes. The computer dies and is moved to the side. After decompression, the computer crashed again, causing all operations in this section to fail. Alas!

3. Business Etiquette Class:

Roll call before class: At 2:30, the female teacher spoke on time to greet everyone. Everyone has seen her. The roll call started, and 11 people were late. The teacher said: The employees of an enterprise represent the overall image of the enterprise. For example, if 11 people are late today, the teacher will not say who is late for her class, but will say that 11 people in a certain class of a certain major are late for her class. About business etiquette: The teacher said that business etiquette is really important, and there are so many contents. If we were to explain it in detail, it would take more than a year and a half, let alone two hours.

Therefore, I will introduce as much practical knowledge of business etiquette to you in the shortest possible time so that everyone can use it in future job hunting.

Appearance, manners and etiquette (the following are my notes): 1. In terms of appearance, the hair should be clean and well-groomed, and the hairstyle should be combined with your own conditions, identity and work nature. Shave and shave every day, with a natural and calm expression, focused, steady and gentle eyes. Keep hands clean and avoid long nails. 2. Dress, formal attire is mostly a suit. Reflections of college students visiting companies:

With the hot summer coming, summer vacation is here! However, I did not relax for this, but became even more excited and happy. An employee explained to us that these defects on the lenses can be polished away by machines.
