College students’ reflections on visiting companies

The purpose of corporate visit training is to learn advanced management experience, tap more corporate talents, and achieve efficient corporate development. The following is the experience of college students visiting companies that I have compiled. Everyone is welcome to refer to it.

College students’ experience of visiting companies:

Production internship is an important part of university internship. The school attaches great importance to it and approves a large amount of funds every year to arrange for students to go there. Visits to various factories for internships can increase students' knowledge, consolidate textbook knowledge, let us understand some basic operating processes of the factory, and lay a solid foundation for our future study and work.

Three weeks before the start of the semester, the department arranged for us to visit China Yituo in Luoyang for internships and participate in production internships, which allowed us to learn a lot of knowledge.

Knowledge is the ladder of human progress, and learning knowledge is not just about obtaining it from books, but the important thing is to experience it. Theoretical knowledge is often too standardized. If you only rely on mastering theory without any practical experience, it will actually have no practical effect. Things in reality are often ever-changing, and its application to solve specific situations is mostly dogmatic. Countless facts have proved that only by combining theoretical knowledge with practice can knowledge be applied to the highest level. In order to learn something, to use it, in order to transform knowledge into the ability that one really possesses, in the face of full competition Combining the stressful social environment with the professional knowledge I have learned, the school provides many internship units for our students to train us, and I was fortunate enough to enter Luoyang No. 1 Tractor Factory for an internship.

The general requirements for college students to conduct production internships are: to understand the society and get in touch with reality to enhance the public perspective, professionalism and sense of responsibility, improve ideological awareness, consolidate the theories learned, and obtain preliminary practical knowledge of the major , in order to cultivate practical work ability and professional skills. Based on this principle and combined with the training objectives of mechanical engineering majors, the following specific requirements are put forward:

1) Be fully familiar with the manufacturing and assembly processes of mechanical products and various applicable technical documents.

2) In-depth analysis of the machining process of typical parts and the assembly process of their associated components. .

3) Focus on understanding the working principles, structural characteristics and scope of application of the equipment and tooling (fixtures, cutting tools, measuring tools, auxiliary tools) used in typical parts processing. It can analyze the positioning and clamping of some special fixtures in key processes, and calculate the positioning error.

2. Internship requirements

1. Safety education

------On the afternoon of August 12, XX, we conducted an internship at Yituo Training Center Safety education. The teacher showed us production safety records and accident cases, some precautions and bloody cases. Although I was very scared and didn’t dare to listen or read, I couldn’t. I had to listen and read and take notes. These bloody cases The case has sounded the alarm for people. The teacher put a lot of requirements on us, and we must fulfill them. After all, no one can afford it if the accident happens. On September 11, XX, we arrived in Luoyang Yituo smoothly. After everything was arranged, we went shopping and looked at this beautiful city. Everything was new to us. Unlike Jiaozuo, it is more beautiful than Jiaozuo. Cultural charm, and then we were ready to eat. We looked for things to eat that were not available in Jiaozuo, and then returned to our residence to wait for the safety education in the afternoon.

The only way to eliminate these safety hazards is to strictly abide by the factory's safety requirements. The main precautions are:

Sandals are not allowed to enter the factory;

Long pants must be worn to enter the factory; < /p>

Smoking is prohibited in the factory, and those found guilty will be fined;

Clothes are not allowed to be opened after entering the factory, coats are not allowed to hang randomly on the body, and backpacks are not allowed to enter the factory;

People should not be piled up in the factory, and do not stand on the main road;

Pay attention to yourself and the image of the school;

Do not press buttons or switches indiscriminately;

Pay attention to safety!!!

2. Internship content

(1) Understand the factory’s production process, production line layout, and technical equipment; (2) Record parts design and manufacturing Technology and equipment; (3) Master the knowledge and methods of mechanical processing technology (4) Understand the knowledge of cutting tools, and be familiar with the structure, selection, use of commonly used tools, etc. (5) Understand the knowledge of machine tools and CNC systems, especially machining Center and other typical CNC equipment (6) Understand the enterprise production management model and learn advanced management methods (7) Familiarize and consolidate knowledge of casting processes and equipment. Consolidate the theoretical knowledge we have learned, and let us learn more about what is in the textbooks. The knowledge that cannot be learned increases our knowledge. During the internship, we understand some basic operating processes of the factory, have a preliminary understanding of the structure of the machine tool, its processing methods and control methods, and have a better understanding of the processing technology of some parts. A detailed understanding lays a good foundation for future jobs. Of course, it is more important for us to consolidate the theoretical knowledge we usually learn and understand how much we have really learned, so as to make up for our shortcomings.

College students’ experience of visiting companies:

The long-awaited internship week has ended. Although it only lasted less than 7 hours, I still felt deeply. As a mathematics and physics student who chose the direction of software, I had only studied various basic mathematics and a basic C language before that. I was relatively confused about my major and future. Our understanding of the corporate working environment is limited to the neatly distributed desktop computers in office buildings in various film and television works, and the white-collar workers sitting on chairs typing away on the keyboard. The understanding of interpersonal relationships and business etiquette in the enterprise is only superficial knowledge of shaking hands and wearing suits when meeting. Now, my understanding of future work has been raised to a higher level. Below, I elaborate on my understanding and gains from the three internships:

1. Visit to Rongji Enterprise:

On the way: We got on the bus at 8:14 and set off towards Rongji. The beautiful green scenery along the way made me a little regretful? Why did I stay in the dormitory every day, but missed the man-made beauty on the street outside the campus! Of course, the greenery in the software park is even more amazing!

Rongji Cultural Wall: When we arrived at the building where Rongji was located, it looked ordinary on the outside. When we entered the lobby, we saw Rongji’s corporate culture wall. What is told on the wall is the development history, development direction and corporate cultural identity of Rongji Enterprises. There is also a wall full of various honors that Rongji Enterprises has received over the years. These honors are hung all over the wall. Rongji’s requirements for employees are to be loyal to the company and to be serious and responsible in their work.

Introduction to Rongji’s corporate culture: The staff took us to the conference room on the third floor, invited us to sit down, and the HR manager introduced us to Rongji’s corporate culture. The conference room was very spacious, and the manager showed us a documentary about the company's development over the past 20 years, as well as an introduction to corporate culture. Then he began to introduce in detail the founding to prosperity of Rongji Enterprise. Up to now, he has gone through it step by step, extending the conventional life span of the software industry and escaping the fate of premature maturity and premature aging. Introduced the various business projects of Rongji Enterprises, all kinds of brilliance and all kinds of excitement. We learned about Rongji Enterprise’s employee structure, business direction, employee recruitment requirements, employee treatment and many other issues that we expected to understand. It made me have a good impression of this great leader in the software industry.

Visit the studio: After listening to the manager’s various introductions, the staff took us to visit the staff studio on the second floor. When I first entered, I felt that the room was quite spacious, but a bit dark. The sun was shining that day, but inside the house it felt like there might be dark clouds outside.

The spacious room is not very decorated, just a few desks are placed randomly, maybe for the convenience of communication! The room is very quiet, and there are a few desks with computers on them but no one is sitting on them. According to the staff, in order to make software products that meet the needs of the enterprise, some employees need to go to the enterprise to work on projects directly, and their work and rest hours follow the schedule of the client enterprise. After leaving the studio, everyone generally thought that the studio was too depressing.

Understanding again: Back in the conference room, we learned some more about the situation from the staff. The staff said: Every year, the company recruits a group of junior interns to intern and study in the company. After graduation, some of them will be promoted to full-time employees. Of course, the recruitment of interns must also be screened through examinations. The company's ground floor is equipped with ping-pong tables, hanging sandbags and other equipment for employees to have fun after work. Usually, when you are irritable at work, you can play table tennis or sandbags. From time to time, the company also organizes some activities, such as football games, mountain climbing, swimming, travel, etc., which are helpful for employees to relieve their irritability.

Back to school: I glanced at the beautiful scenery on the street again, but I lost interest. When I returned to school, it was already 12 o'clock.

2. Preliminary understanding of writing Android applications in JAVA language:

Preparation before class: Around 6:30, I hurried to the computer room, only to realize that it was too early. So, I turned on a computer (the one next to me was already open, not sure if anyone had reserved it) and opened a typing game to practice typing. Waiting for the teacher to arrive. After a while, the teacher came. The time was 7:50.

Four mobile phone operating systems: In the formal class, the teacher first gave us a general introduction to the differences between the four main operating systems of smartphones: using the Three Kingdoms comparison to represent the four systems, Android is for Cao Wei, and iPhone is for Dong. Wu, WP is for the Shu Han, while Symbian is for the declining princes. The Symbian system application program of the fallen princes is written directly in C language, which has a long cycle and low return on investment. WP is the product of the combination of Nokia and Microsoft, and it cannot save Symbian's decline. The iPhone is an aristocratic luxury product that is not acceptable to the general public. Moreover, most of its applications are charged, so it can only be gorgeous and difficult to fully occupy the market. Only Android, whose applications are written in the simple JAVA language, has a simple programming language, short cycles, fast updates, and a high application launch rate. It is the first choice for mass promotion of smartphone operating systems. JAVA writing environment and Android application development: The teacher sent us a compressed package and taught us step by step how to install the JAVA development virtual machine JDK and the JAVA development environment Eclipse. It also guides us step by step to complete the connection between Eclipse and the Android development environment, as well as some preparations before programming. Since Eclipse is a supplementary software, you can write plug-ins and install them to supplement the corresponding functions of Eclipse. If you want to develop Android applications in JAVA language, you must install its development plug-in. The Android development plug-in is referred to as ADT and can be downloaded from the Internet. Then, the teacher demonstrated the creation and integration of Android applications, the operation of creating an Android program, etc.

Virtual machine test of Android application: After understanding the above content, the teacher personally demonstrated to us the virtual machine test of the Tank Battle game program. Although the process was a bit stuck, we were still very interested in watching it.

Regrettably: Although this class is rich in content and the operation content attracts me, it is a pity that every time I want to decompress the compressed package, the computer freezes. The computer dies and is moved to the side. After decompression, the computer crashed again, causing all operations in this section to fail. Alas!

3. Business Etiquette Class:

Roll call before class: At 2:30, the female teacher spoke on time to greet everyone. Everyone has seen her. The roll call started, and 11 people were late. The teacher said: The employees of an enterprise represent the overall image of the enterprise. For example, if 11 people are late today, the teacher will not say who is late for her class, but will say that 11 people in a certain class of a certain major are late for her class. In this way, the individual affects the entire group, so a good personal image is very important.

About business etiquette: The teacher said that business etiquette is really important, and there are so many contents. If we were to explain it in detail, it would take more than a year and a half, let alone two hours.

Therefore, I will introduce as much practical knowledge of business etiquette to you in the shortest possible time so that everyone can use it in future job hunting.

Appearance, manners and etiquette (the following are my notes): 1. In terms of appearance, the hair should be clean and well-groomed, and the hairstyle should be combined with your own conditions, identity and work nature. Shave and shave every day, with a natural and calm expression, focused, steady and gentle eyes. Keep hands clean and avoid long nails. 2. Dress, formal attire is mostly a suit. Suits must be neat, straight and suit. Wear a solid color shirt, tie, and dark leather shoes. The overall look is clean, the tie matches the shirt and suit, and the overall look is less than three colors. The shirt should stick out a little from the cuffs, the pants should have a slightly higher heel, and socks should not be white. 3. Stand tall and stretched, arms drooping naturally, feet shoulder-width apart, hands not in pockets or crossed on the chest. 4. Sitting posture: Sit gently and slowly, sit on the chair surface only two-thirds of the way, spread your legs slightly, and place your hands naturally on your knees. 5. Walking posture: raise your head, straighten your chest, draw in your abdomen, lean forward, keep your upper body upright, relax your shoulders, swing your arms naturally, step lightly and steadily, and focus your eyes.

Practice session 1: The teacher asked us to practice in groups. The practical content is: checking the other party's appearance, clothing, standing, sitting, walking, etc. In practice, I have a lot of emotions. The shopping mall is like a battlefield, and you can only win on the battlefield with your tempered talents. I can only obey a little, and I am not doing well, but I will work hard to correct it and try my best to become an elite in the workplace.

Workplace communication etiquette (the following are some notes): 1. Ten taboos and ten musts (view online); 2. When sitting in a car with guests, which seat is the largest; 3. Meetings in conference rooms, seating arrangements; 4. Treat guests to a meal, which one is bigger and which one is smaller; 5. Deliver business cards or exchange business cards with each other, with correct posture; 6. How to shake hands when meeting and greeting; 7. All titles at work need to show respect; 8. Serve for others Rules that should be followed when making introductions; 8. How should office colleagues treat mobile phones and landlines differently?

Practical session 2: The teacher found a few late classmates to come on stage to demonstrate the correct posture for sending and receiving business cards, and looked at them ’s performance, I just want to say: The workplace is difficult to stay in, and there are many rules.

End of this lesson: At 4:30 sharp, the teacher announced the end and everyone got up and left.

Through this week's internship, I really learned that there is a lot of knowledge, but many things can only be hidden in my heart, allowing myself to slowly show it through actions in my future study and life. It's not what you want to express. You can express it if you want to. Hiding it in your heart and slowly discovering it is the true truth.

Reflections of college students visiting companies:

With the hot summer coming, summer vacation is here! However, I did not relax for this, but became even more excited and happy. Because the Chancheng Taiwanese Business Association will hold the first children’s corporate visit event on July 15th?! As the first social practice activity in the summer vacation, I am full of infinite curiosity and expectation.

Finally, at 7:30 in the morning that day, we gathered at Huineng Vocational School and started the day's visit.

First of all, we played many training games in the multi-purpose room of Huineng Vocational School. These games made us understand the importance of cohesion for a team. At the same time, Principal Xu emphasized to us the concept of "becoming a big tree, not a small grass". If we want to become a united and outstanding group, the "big tree" must play an important leadership role. Of course, we must face everyone in the group with sincerity instead of being preoccupied. The so-called "bear with the calm for a while and take a step back" The sea and the sky are vast. ?We also need to help each other and share smiles and tears together, so that we can be a united group.

Then, we took a car and came to Fufu Auto Parts Co., Ltd.

After entering Fufu Auto Parts Co., Ltd., under the guidance of the general manager of the factory, we came to the training room of the factory. Mr. Yu of the factory personally explained to us the structure of some cars and the functions of some parts. Although the lecture was very professional, I was curious and still felt confused after listening to it.

When it was time for lunch, the staff asked us to line up and led us to the restaurant for lunch. After lunch, the staff took us to visit the factory. Uncle Yu jokingly told us before that those who work in this industry are called "black hands". However, upon entering the factory.

What surprised me was that the uniforms of these workers were all pure white, and they did not get a trace of dust during their work. After that, we saw some car exhaust pipe parts, many strange car parts, and many large machines? We visited according to the production line process. These produced parts are all neatly arranged, and individual defective products are clearly classified into repairable and non-repairable ones. The uncle who led us around explained to us that the completion of every part here requires a complicated process, and there must be precise inspection afterwards to ensure that it is foolproof.

At 2:00 pm, we left Fufu Auto Parts Co., Ltd. and came to Huaguo Optical Equipment Co., Ltd. Huaguo mainly produces "lenses". Hua Guo's supervisor first explained to us the introduction of the factory, business philosophy and talent concept, and then visited the production workshop. ?Putting people first and contributing to society through business? is one of the most important business concepts. There is also "Yongji management, ***success and prosperity, strengthening the company system, and devoting ourselves to employee care." Special emphasis is placed on "dedication to employee care", regarding employees' interests as the basis of corporate interests, and ensuring the interests of employees and Safety, only in this way can employees have a greater sense of belonging and collective honor. While visiting the factory, you can see the company's business philosophy posted on the aisles everywhere. People-oriented and treating each other sincerely? Employees treating each other sincerely is the key to business operation and development. There are also some slogans to remind employees to maintain a good working attitude, such as: Before complaining, think about whether there is a better solution. ?It seems that it is these subtle slogans that make employees more enthusiastic and happy to work. (Experience) Another thing that impressed me deeply is the Chinese concept of educating people: work hard but also look up. I thought: Yes, it is good for workers to work hard, but they should not be satisfied with the status quo and should enrich themselves in their spare time. During the visit, we passed by a "reading room" where countless books were placed, and some idle workers were reading quietly here. It seems that these workers who have worked hard after hard work want to be able to read a lot of books here just to look up.

If you think about it carefully, learning in school is actually the epitome of these factory operations. When studying, we must also distinguish the sequence like producing parts in a factory, organize the learning steps, and be methodical, so that we can get twice the result with half the effort. The learning process is complicated and sometimes boring, but we must also remember? Before complaining, think about whether there is a better solution. ?, it is important to maintain a good learning attitude. Of course, errors must be avoided, just like the production of car parts. Even if the first few processes are almost perfect, in the last step, even if there is only a slight error, it can only be classified as a "defective product." But is it not terrible to make mistakes? When we visited China, there was a studio where workers specialized in repairing defective lenses. An employee explained to us that these defects on the lenses can be polished away by machines. But if the flaw is too large, the specifications of the lens will be damaged during repair, and the "defective product" can only become "scrap". Therefore, when we make mistakes in learning, we must correct them in time, and we must not let the mistakes deepen before thinking of making up for it. Even if we want to repair it, it will be like the lens, destroying the original good foundation, and even bring about unexpected consequences. greater losses.

Through this visit to the company, I learned that although the factory is far from our school, as long as we read carefully during the visit, these seemingly irrelevant things to learning Knowledge can range from business concepts and management concepts to various production lines, production steps, etc. Applying it to learning methods can benefit us a lot!
